I was recently charged $90 for a year of pro Linktree account. Of course, I didn’t want this to happen so I reached out to them when I found out. I was told that they could cancel my subscription, but they cannot refund the $90 since it’s been more than 72 hours. I said ok. Then they cancelled my subscription, kept my money and took away the year long subscription that I’ve already paid for. Telling me I still have the free service. How are you going to keep my money and take what I’ve already pay for as well? Keep my money and the product that is already paid for is stealing. You are stealing at this point.

We’re a small-to-medium-sized business and have been Pro members for several years. Linktree removed our account for a supposed “community violation” — even though we’ve done nothing wrong. We’ve invested tens of thousands of dollars in stickers and marketing materials with our QR code linked to our profile, which is now unusable.
This exact issue happened last year, and after a week of persistence, a rep finally said,
"Hello,
Thanks for reaching out to let us know of your account limitation.
We’ve reviewed your Linktree profile and can confirm there are no breaches of Community Standards in your links.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your patience and understanding on this matter.
Your account has now been reinstated, you should be able to log in and view your profile live immediately.
Should you experience any other issues, please let us know as we’d be happy to help.

Since then we have changed ABSOLUTLY NOTHING regarding our linktree.
Now it’s happened again — a month and a half ago — and every appeal we submit gets auto-denied. It’s clear no one is actually reviewing them. Support agents will connect via chat, briefly respond, then ghost us without answering basic questions such as "which link violates your terms?".
Unacceptable service for a paying business customer.

I am new to Linktree and have only been signed up for an annual subscription for two weeks. Unfortunately, I haven't had the chance to utilize the service because I've been very busy. I contacted support when I had trouble logging into my account and discovered that I had two profiles. After speaking with them, I tried to delete one profile, but I mistakenly deleted my entire account instead.
I reached out to support again to explain that I didn't know deleting one profile would result in losing my whole account, especially since I had essentially paid for 12 months of service. They told me there was nothing they could do, and I had lost my money.
I expressed my dissatisfaction, stating that it was unacceptable. I threatened to contact Bank of America and mentioned that I would leave negative reviews since I'm a verified reviewer on Trustpilot. Eventually, after my complaints, they agreed to refund me $81 of my total payment, but they refused to give me back the entire $90 for the annual subscription. Although I found their service to be reasonably user-friendly, I decided to move on to other similar services. I believe that no one should have to deal with issues arising from a simple mistake. If they had handled it appropriately, I would have likely started a new subscription. Their response made it difficult, so I’ve decided to part ways.

I want to delete my account - but linktree just spinns with "verify identity" after I very find it with code delivered to my e-mail. I do it from Chrome on my iPhone and I deleted browser history - because of multiple trying.

This is not just a small inconvenience—it’s a big issue because I’ve already printed and distributed QR codes using this link. Changing it isn’t an option, and LinkTree’s failure to fix this is causing serious problems for me.
As a paying customer, I expected better service. Instead, it feels like they just don’t care. If you’re thinking about using LinkTree for important business or marketing purposes, think twice—because if something goes wrong, you might be left without a solution for weeks!

I truely disappoint for their services. I had a subscription issue that the system falsely reagonize that I already had the subscription, so I contact the billing team to inform the issue, then they told me that the engineer team has aware the issue. After a month later, I still yet receive any updates from the engineer team and I still found I can’t pay for the subscription. I don’t get it why it took that long.

I realized i had linktree running on a old clients instagram account for the past 2 years and was being charged. Asked LinkTree to close the account and they refused until my old client contacted them to close it. Even though there was zero activity on linktree service for over 2 years. My old client contacted them and requested to close the account in writing. They responded and refused because his email address was no longer active that he used on the old linktree account. They spent weeks making my old client jump thorugh hoops and STILL WILL NOT CLOSE THEIR ACCOUNT. Has to cancel credit cards, deal with banks.. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!
