I wanted to cancel an ongoing subscribtion I had forgotten about and also couldnt remeber my login (not even my email adress). Customer Support team went above and beyond to find the account I was refering to and to help me cancel my subscription I wasnt needing anymore.

They are sending invoices for something and they don't even tell for what. I have not what I can recall ordered anything from that company. I think it is a scam.

I paid $0.99 so I could download a stock firmware that they didn't even have. I then looked at their site and tried to find a way to cancel any membership I might have had with them and there was no way to cancel it so now they charge me $9.99 a month for nothing and I can't make it stop. I believe the name for this is a ransomware. I would be leery of anything having to do with link vertise.

I've been using linkvertise for about 6 months now as a publisher and I have made $1800+ from about 50k clicks😂. I'm just glad I gave it a try even with the bad reviews I saw here earlier. To everyone that says they don't pay, change your payment method to a dollar/Euro/Pounds account(I once got a canceled payment too because my local bank doesn't accept international payments)
Btw,It can only benefit you better if you can drive high traffic.

I don't even recall signing up for this service or creating an account. I started noticing a charge on my credit card recurring every month and had to do some research to even figure out what email had been used to "sign up". My credit card company was finally able to tell me which email had been used to sign up for this thing, which is the only way I was able to identify that I had an account. I had no emails welcoming me to this subscription or telling me I had "successfully signed up" for something. Just this mysterious charge that started appearing on my credit card statements months ago and then randomly increased out of nowhere for some reason.
Once I figured out which email this all was linked to, I attempted to login to this supposed account, but had no idea what the password was. I tried all my typical passwords to no avail. I have requested a password reset so many times, but have never once received an email to do this (yes, I've checked my spam folders and promotion folders... all the folders - nothing). I've even tried my other personal emails just in case. Nothing ever came through.
Not sure what to do to resolve this issue since I needed to login to the account in order to cancel it, but had absolutely no way to actually login, I reached out to their Help Center and submitted a request for assistance in canceling the subscription and deleting this account I never intended to create in the first place. I got this generic automated email:
"Thank you for reaching out to us regarding your subscription.
When your inquiry is related to cancelling your subscription, we advice you to follow the instructions outlined in our Help Center article about terminating your Linkvertise Subcription. It's pretty easy.
For any further issues or assistance, just wait a little. We have received your message and our team will review and respond as soon as possible.
We appreciate your patience and look forward to assisting you.
Best regards,
Linkvertise Creator Support Team"
Very frustrating to be told "it's pretty easy" to terminate this account I've been fighting for my life to get away from for months - as if I didn't already read their directions before contacting their Help Center. I can't complete step 1 of their instructions to terminate the account, because I can't login to the account. That is why I submitted a help request.
I waited more than just "a little while" to hear from their supposed team. Never got a response from them or anything. Just more monthly charges. I tried to block the charges on my card, but the credit card company refused to do so. I even asked about canceling my card, but the credit card company said that wouldn't stop the charges and it would just transfer to my new card number. Tried contacting Linkvertise via their phone number - never got an answer and spent a lot of wasted time waiting and hoping someone would pick up.
Today, I reached out once again to their Help Desk hoping maybe I'd get some response. Submitted a form explaining my predicament, got the same automated email in return. I've been researching how to get out of this for a while now, so I tried contacting their Premium Subscription email directly. Not even 2 full minutes after I clicked send, I got an automated email:
Subject Line: ⚠️ Your Linkvertise Support Request has been closed — Please use our Contact Form ⚠️

I am honestly baffled that this is how a company is running their "Help Center". I feel like I'm stuck on a hamster wheel and can't get off - I don't even know how I got on to begin with. I'm not one to usually complain or seek out public forums to vent frustration, but I'm out of other options at this point. I have never once written a review of anything, but after months of endless frustration and no escape in sight, I felt the need to share my experience here. I just hope that sharing this frustrating experience might save someone else from knowingly waltzing into their trap.
UPDATE: (7/18/25) After submitting a complaint to Chargebee and posting this review, I finally received confirmation from Linkvertise that my subscription is canceled. I'm happy to be free of this, but it was way too difficult and costly.

I have same problem as others with linkvertise and thats subscription. I canceled mine 2 months ago. Site told me that i canceled i even got email about my canceling and today for some reason they reactivated my subscription and made it 1 year and took 90€ from my bank account. So i canceled again and write a ticket on support which they instantly cancled 😂 so ye if someone is reading this never ever put your debit or kredit card info to them they sill randomly charge money from your account. As i didnt get my money back am forced to find a good lawyer and try to fight them with him as they ignore everything that i emailed them. Be carefull everyone dont get scammed like me !

It’s a scam website you only have 1 try to access a link then you’ll have to wait 60:00 which I did then I went back to the website to try and it still told me to wait 60:00 after I already did. Now it’s a pay to win website at first it was unknown so it was for free but now it’s known because people use it to access roblox (a game) exploit scripts so they started making us pay to access if I could give 0 starts I would’ve given it
