Unreliable - no delivery, no response

I placed an order with Linsenbude.de and paid in full. The money was taken immediately, but the product never arrived. I tried contacting them multiple times via email and phone, but received no reply at all.

They advertise fast shipping, but in my case, nothing was shipped and no refund was issued. Based on my experience, this shop is not trustworthy. I would strongly advise others to avoid ordering here to save themselves the frustration and loss of money.
