My experience has been absolutely great! I needed to make a return/exchange, it was so easy reaching out to customer service. I appreciate the quick response and solution. I was completely satisfied with how my issue was handled. I love LINTICO!

1. had I known the article I ordered was shipped from China (found that on tracker) I would not have ordered it. And where do I ship the article I I do not like them, China????
2. Shipping is 12% and then they have the guts to ask for $3.00 shipping insurance. Please note, you can get out off that $3.00 by clicking a box that cancels it.
Questions: If they ship 1000 articles daily, they receive $3,000.00 for shipping insurance. Do they really have an insurance company or do they stick that amount in their pockets? If they loose 3 packages daily and reimburse those customers for say $125.00 each, they still have a profit of $2625.00

Lintico customer service was amazing! I mistakenly ordered the wrong size of a top in a sale, a size S instead of XL - wishful thinking or what! I didn’t realise until it arrived when I immediately Emailed their customer service. The problem was immediately resolved by their offering to replace the item in my correct size for a small shipping fee and telling me I could keep the S and gift it to a friend! I was very impressed. I will buy again from Lintico. The top is of good quality, well made with a beautiful linen.

I think the website , customer service and ease of ordering were excellent . I found the sizing hard to understand though . My measurements suggested a size which is bigger than I would normally wear . This was confirmed by your office . The small
boned model looked fabulous in the size I ordered but the clothes dwarfed me . I’m trying again with a less relaxed fit .

First of all, Thank you for making timeless clothing (style and fabric). I am pleased with my purchase, but I would like to be honest also that the size (small - smallest size in Lintico clothing) is big for me. I hope the fabric will shrink over time... The clothes are still for keeps because I've been wanting to have these clothes and if I return them, there is no fixing the size of the clothes. I still feel happy to see them in my closet. Maybe one day it will fit me.
I hope LINTICO will consider making petite size for women in the future.

I have ordered from this company several times and I have never been disappointed! Everything fits true to size is beautifully constructed and in delicious colors.

This was my first purchase from LINTICO. I have had mixed experiences with ordering clothes online and was a bit apprehensive. But I was impressed. It’s a really lovely dress in a good quality linen. Great colour. Just what I hoped for. I also received extremely prompt and helpful customer service when I inquired about purchasing a dress in a size which is currently out of stock. I will definitely be ordering from LINTICO again.

I have had trouble finding stylish, classy and classic, quality, affordable and becoming clothing to suit my L/XL body. This clothing looks terrific on me. And when one piece didn't suit me, customer service team offered a number of solutions. What a great company!

I think if you had an app whith every item posted, including Petit XS, and the prices a bit lower, I'm sure you would do very well. Your products, design and quality of linen is superb. Also, and I'm sure you will expand your style for regular every day lifestyle. I see more color selection also. Beautiful and stylish soft feminine style. Thank you! Ps: I would purchase more if I had the means for it.

I’m a slim woman, but I have a big stomach because of surgeries I’ve had in the past. I can only wear dresses. So many times I buy dresses and the arm holes are so large. Every dress that I bought from this company which are about 10 in total fit me perfectly. They’re so comfortable and the material linen is good quality not thin fabric.
