Took my money, never sent the product and no reply to any of my emails

Bought in July. Its December; it never shipped, they told my credit card company that it had shipped. They lied! Even their tracking says it NEVER SHIPPED!!! I'll just print the proof and send it to my credit card company. Screw you lintrolled.

Definitely keep away from this company. It’s been 6 weeks and still nothing. Annoyingly they won’t respond to my barrage of messages lol!

When you first order they add you to this Facebook group which looks legit, but now I can hardly see anything in the group and their settings are tight so you can’t comment without them accepting it.

I’ve commented on all of their posts on the Facebook page. I hope they get sick of me soon and give me a refund 😆

I like many other comments... which I should have read honestly, but too late now. I haven't received my order, who knows if it will ever arrive really.

It came! Finally, after way too long and even though I was upset for the wait time, I was happy it arrived.
BUT! It doesn't work on clothes, it's too rough! For normal fluffy-ish carpet great, for clothes too rough! I brought the bundle and have to say both are too rough.

I ordered 2 on 12 December 2021 and still haven’t received them I have emailed lots of times and nobody gets back to you total SCAM

this appears to be a scam. I ordered on 15 Dec. I got one email reply after about a month that indicated they were family business that had all had COVID and were struggling with December orders but woudl get it sent out, but then it went silent, it never arrived - on reading reviews I'm glad it never arrived and now have gotten a refund on credit card. Total scam.

Haven’t received it, I ordered at the end of December as a friend had bought one - I wish I had read the reviews. You get nowhere emailing even though at first they replied.

AVOID. This company is a scam. Takes your money but you will never receive an item. They have obviously just set up a company to steal people's money. Absolute disgrace they can get away with it.
I would rather of given my money to a charity for people in need.

Ordered mid December and no sign of delivery. I have emailed the company to request an update but wish I’d read the reviews before I wasted my money.

If I could give 0 stars I would!! I made a purchase on 29th Novemeber and have STILL not received my item almost in the New Year. I have contacted the company 4 times now by email and still no response. They have made the website so you cannot contact them!! I spent an hour to find an old Facebook profile to find a contact email, to which they ignore anyway! I am now very aware that I have been robbed of my money and will not receive my item. Unbelievable how they can get away with daylight robbery! DO NOT buy from this seller. AVOID at all costs!!!!

They took my money within 1 day of ordering and yet won't respond to any email I send!
They have taken my money and have not given me what I purchased, therefore this is theft - it's been reported!

Ordered placed since 12th November and confirmed, no delivery to date and no response to my emails. I can't review the product, but the customer experience is terrible. Not sure if I can even get a refund now.

I bought one of these and used it once before I realised - you are NOT pulling up dirt and hair, you're pulling up ACTUAL FIBERS from your carpet, causing it to become threadbare!!! Please stop buying this product. You're doing more damage than good!!!!

It's metallic. Only to be used on things like "cat trees" or truck rugs. On your own fabric clothes or sofas, do NOT use this rubbish. It'll destroy the fabric and cause threads to break loose.

This is the best product on the market for removing pet hair. It works great on couches, and stairs even area rugs. It picks up what a vacuum can’t. It isn’t meant for delicate fabric.

Got this as we had a lot of hair stuck on our car mats from our dog. Vacuum missed it but this didn't - very cost effective solution for an annoying problem.

Lots of little sharp edges that will destroy your clothes while grabbing a little bit of lint. I regret buying.

They adverise that product will be shipped from USA but they ship from China and funniest part is that it shows my order is delivered but I have not received anything and there is no phone, email or website I can reach out to Yunexpress and ask for proof of delivery

Like the other reviews say, very damaging on fabric and not very effective at removing pet hair advertised. Takes multiple swipes to move a small amount and you can definitely see and hear the fabric being affected.
