I have to give this company a 100% recommendation. The buying presses was quick and easy, the delivery was exactly when expected and the item came perfectly packed and in perfect condition.
i Also had to contact customer support with a question about my order and my call was received very quickly by an extremely helpful friendly happy person who gave me the answer to my query. Customer service is very important nowadays and this company seem to have it right.

This is the second review that I’ve written, and it replaces the first one entirely.

I ordered a Parrot Anafi drone from Lintronics after another seller let me down. I decided to bite the bullet and buy a more expensive drone than the one I had originally decided upon from China.

I need it for a motorcycle holiday that I leave for on the 25th of June 2019. Therefore, I needed to get it quickly and the 0% interest option was very attractive.

They have some good stuff, but I really wanted the extended edition which comes with an additional 2 batteries and a larger case, but it was out of stock. I bought the normal edition anyway.

Delivery was normal, it wasn’t neither lightning fast or too long, it was perfectly fine. Delivered by Amazon.

At first the drone seemed great, but there was a connection issue which meant the video feed couldn’t be received by the mobile phone. I just had a black screen.

Being anxious to get it sorted in time for my trip (and thinking of the time for replacement) I contacted Lintronics to enquire as to a fix or replacement.

I managed to fix the issue my self after trawling internet forums for quite a while, but I never received a response from Lintronics.
Later, I received an automated email from Lintronics asking me to leave a review on here, and I did. It was negative but reflected the true views I held at the time.

Within a day, I was contacted by email and on the review itself to put this issue right.

It turned out that it was a simple human error. They tried to call me twice, but as an HGV driver working shifts it probably wasn’t answered due to driving or couldn’t be received (I sleep with my phone on aeroplane mode). What they didn’t do was just reply to my email, which is what I expected.

Lintronics were sincerely apologetic and explained the situation in detail. They also made things right by compensating me for the issues caused. They not only upgraded me to the extended pack by sending me 2 additional batteries and a case at their cost, but also knocked £100 off my credit account.

This more than put things right, and it was all done in time for my trip!

So, have confidence in the customer services at Lintronics, they really are excellent and go the extra mile. Don’t be afraid to reach out to them and have confidence when shopping at Lintronics.

I’ll be using them again, looking at their website, they’ve got loads of really good stuff that you can get at 0% APR.

Ordered quick and easy but had no dispatch note, so I emailed to find out when it would be delivered, had no reply and it arrived through dpd who thankfully texted to let me know otherwise I wouldn’t have known it was coming
