Do not pay upfront, first get project plan

This company promises the world but has too little time to deliver. If you do want to make use of them, do not pay deposit, let them give you a project plan on how they will deliver. The have all the excuses of refunding you when they cannot deliver. Worst experience ever. Nothing but lies, I never got full access, your guy Linus kept on giving excuses why he was taking so long to provide a demo. I even found him sleeping in the office when following up how far we are on the project. I have written proof about this experience, even with the mere little fee you refer to, always an excuse when refunding, turned out that I was suppose to follow up. Just stop with your nonsense and make sure it does not happen to another client again.

However, after reviewing your situation we would like to clarify the facts for transparency:

You were granted full access to our CRM system without any initial payment as a gesture of goodwill. Additionally, we provided extra add-ons and in-person support for you. Despite not fulfilling all agreed payments, you continued using our services.

In January, we offered a refund for a small fee you paid, which you were informed to follow up on. Unfortunately, there was no further communication from your side until many months later, long after gaining access to our paid tools. Our refund policy are clear.

We also regret the offensive language and threats received in your messages.

We wish you the best in your future business endeavors.

The feedback and response is very unprofessional. The progress and timelines and the offering is not well communicated.
I was considering to purchase the full package to also re-sell to fellow colleagues.
THere is no full guide to continue setting up myself.

Non delivery after full payment

Forced full payment and delivered videos without subtitles while srt files were supplied. We now do not have the ability to charge client for product while we spent money already. I feel cheated.

I've taken the time to thoroughly review our project agreements and discussions with the team, and it appears that subtitles were not explicitly outlined as part of our initial agreement. Upon consulting with the team, we've confirmed that this feature was not included in our scope of work.

While we strive to accommodate additional requests whenever possible, it's essential for us to maintain clarity regarding project specifications to ensure smooth execution and delivery. I understand that additional features were introduced throughout the project, some of which we proceeded with to enhance the final product. However, it seems that this particular addition became burdensome.
