I was happy with product after it thawed- no idea it was frozen. I have purchased many short ribs from linz- was hoping for a garrel cut

I purchased the Prime Bone-In Ribeyes earlier this month, and the quality of the 2 steaks was VERY subpar. The steaks had absolutely zero flavor, juiciness, and were VERY tough. I can’t help but to think I was sent products from one of your “Family Farm Partnerships” which I hope is not the case, because I cannot see myself giving repeat business if I’m receiving subpar cuts from those other farms. I’ve had many of your steaks from restaurants, and I can conclusively say they’re receiving higher quality cuts than what I can purchase on your website. With that being said, if it is possible, I’d be willing to pay more for your restaurant quality beef.

Delivered on date stated. Very well wrapped & packed. Steaks were alittle thin, but not bad. Chicken & ground beef were excellent....no complaints, would order again.

I wish I could order Linz steaks every week. The steaks are always delicious. I first ate Linz steaks at Little Alley Steak in Atlanta and once I found out I could order them on-line I was hooked. I order them for my dad and he LOVES them. They are his absolute FAVORITE. Thank you!!!

My order of Prime bone in Ribeyes and Porterhouse steaks continues to be disappointing. The steaks are grilled to a perfect medium rare but the chew on both steaks are stringy and tuff! So much so you can’t get the steak to break down in your mouth in order to safely swallow, and consequently, this over chewed and undigestable piece of meat ends up on the scrap portion of your plate. You ultimately end up with a plate of undigestable usda prime steak scraps. If this was served to me in a restaurant, I demand it be taken back to the kitchen But here I have no recourse other than to grind these expensive steaks into hamburger patties for future use because no one in my family now wants to eat them. I’d like to know what’s going on here. Please advise?

Although we only made the strip steak, it was delicious. So tender and juicy. Tonight we will be making the rib eye steak.!

No question that the meat is wonderful. However, when our order was delivered half of the contents had been allowed to defrost. No problem, I called Linz and they immediately rushed out a replacement that was frozen hard and delicious as usual.
