First time ordering from Lio Licious! Wasn't the best experience.
My parcel never arrived with Royal Mail, days and days on after lots of emails and a great customer service person called Julie she sorted it out for me and got it to me asap with a new courier service.

Great products

Great products! Tasty fruit, easy to transport wherever you go.

Really the only question is: why doesn't the company choose a name that describes the product in a more easily understood way?

Freezeeeeeeeeeeeeee!

I have a few years ordered a freeze-dried berries. They have been really good. The size of the berries has decreased and the weight has decreased, etc. Despite this, the quality of the products is good, customer service at least in my case is good. The only improvement in the proposal would be to extend the range because when I ordered for the first time, for example, peaches were orderable but not longer, and they seemed to me the best. For example, apples are very well suited to porridge and muesli and without anything. At least at this time it is better that the berries are smaller!

Another perfect buying experience

I've been buying from Lio licious for quite a while and have always been very happy with the products, the way they pack everything and the speed of delivery.
Parcels only take a few days to arrive. Usually 2-3.
All products are of a good quality and the berries and fruits are particularly better than a couple of other suppliers.
Well worth buying from them
