The Advisor was just awful. Very judgemental. Would definitely not recommend

I had an amazing experience working with Savannah. As first-time buyer, I was overwhelmed and unsure where to start, but Savannah made the entire process seamless and stress-free. Her support, guidance, and clear communication were invaluable, and I couldn’t be more grateful. I will definitely be recommending Savannah to friends.If I had to use mortgage advisor again, I would choose only Savannah.

James and Charles were fantastic in helping me to find my first BTL mortgage. I have used them several times since and always pleased with the service.

Lionhart have been exceptional at dealing with my re-mortgage request. James has been on hand to answer my constant questions and even offered to review the product in light of rate drops to switch me to the most appropriate product saving me thousands over the lifetime. Will definitely use Lionhart in future transactions and recommend to my friends and family!

Very disappointed I was recommended this company from my agency at the time of purchasing my house, James Soper who was the broker advisor just wasted our time for 3 months with no result, he really mess up around from the very beginning every time I was calling him to get a feedback you could tell he wasn’t on it and he wasn’t show any interest, our credit score was more than ok but then he was keeping say that because of that we are not reaching anywhere also he wasn’t going trough the right phase of the purchase the house with us, then he went and call the agency that we were not longer interested in purchasing the house which wasn’t true, but thankfully I found definitely better broker which helped us in a month to mortgage our house!

James is very knowledgeable about mortgage products and made everything easy for me to understand. He made sure I was comfortable with my mortgage package and answer my many many questions. Following up whilst my completion date was delayed.

Highly recommend James especially for 1st time buyers like me.
