We ordered 21.10.25 and no answers anymore, when can we receive our order. No tracking is possible.

It's been over twenty days they said they would refund, but they're making fun with me.
They did not even reply on time.
They don't say when they refund the money, no trust anymore.

Doesn’t look as advertised contacted them many times to refund it before it even got shipped still shipped no answer no thing very unhappy bad customer service

This company sneaky lures you into a montly subscription and in mail contact you cant get rid of it. The just reply on your mail but with a happy content of all the advantages

I ordered a puffer jacket the puffer arrived after 2 weeks.The puffer is very poor and does not reflect the photos on the site.I have already asked for a return, I hope for a response and get a refund. UPDATE I got a 20% refund for my product.

You never shipped the jacket neither gave money back

I ordered a puffer jacket, firstly it arrived in 2 weeks, which is good, secondly the down jacket, unfortunately does not shine, let's not lie, it's not really like the picture, but it's still good.

We are waiting for the order for 3 months. They said they sent it but we never recieved, and they are refusing to return the money. Extremely unpolite and rude, and they threaten if we continue to ask for the money they will not help us.

First of all the size are horrible it is way to small. Secondly the jacket itself was horrible to have on and it dosen’t look a little bit like the one they promote in their videos. Zipper is not metalic, no strings to fit the jacket to your size(in the video the jacket had strings), it is not shiny and its just a horrible product. And they only offered 20% refund for me to keep it cause if i send it all the way back to China then its going to be to expensive

DO NOT BUY. They are not a company with their own clothes, pretty sure they just resell clothes from china. I bought a puffer jacket and it arrived late, the material sucked and it was way to small (I am 174 cm and bought M, it was too small for me and even for my 170 cm friend). You also can not return since you have to send it back to china and pay for the expenses yourself

I ordered a puffer and a tracksuit, the puffer arrived after 3 weeks, the other item not yet. The puffer is very poor and does not reflect the photos on the site. I wonder how the tracksuit will be... I have already asked for a return, I hope for their collaboration.

My son bought a puffer jacket 31040 from this store. 1stly, it arrived late, then had stitches hanging off the sleeves, then it didn't fit for a 6th 4inches young boy. Even his sister who is 5tf 8 found it tight when she wore it. We have been emailing back and forth with this company who don't have a single sense of good customer service. They suggested tearing the thread and are now offering only 10% refund after postage. I've tried to reason with them since its winter in the UK, needs it for school but no remorse from them only slience. I am now considering getting in touch with trading standards for my refund. With costs of living crisis at the moment, we cant afford to let this go. Please avoid this store for your peace of mind. Their arrogance is giving.

I Don’t recommend buying anything from this store. My order #31260 , (jacket). Never arrived, It has been 2 months and still nothing received, They just sent me a mail saying they are “investigating” it with the courier, and since it has been 2 months now i’m not expecting anything to arrive anymore. I’m extremely disappointed, i just want my refund.

Please contact me so we can resolve this as soon as possible.

Update: I got told i needed a lost certificate to get my refund, i got the certificate from the courier, I sent it today to lipora mailbox, still waiting for response.

the sizes don't match at all, and I've been waiting for the money back for more than a month and I still haven't received it 👎🏼

Dont buy anything here. I bought a jacket before Christmas, and if I should return it, it would cost me 5€ and the return address would be in Belgium. But after 1 January they changed that to 10€ and return address to China. If I knew that, I would never had bought anything from them. That’s what I call fraud.
The jacket didn’t match the size either.

I have ordered my jacket since the 2nd of December and it has been 3 weeks and failure to deliver it as they said shipping takes 6 to 12 days usually ad expected it's coming from China however and not content with this as its to long
