I was stupid enough to buy this product after watching the Oprah Winfrey video saying that she had used this product along with many other people, but it’s done squat for me in fact it’s probably made me gain weight not lose it very disappointed considering the amount of money I paid

SCAM!

I reached out Nov. 22, 2025 to see about returning the product for their "Money Back Guarantee." They offered to give me 10% back and to keep the product...Then 20, 30, 40. I made it clear that the product did not work and that I wanted to RETURN the product for a full refund. Each time I reach out to them they quickly come back with a counter offer or a hoop that I need to jump through. I have done everything that they have asked and I am still waiting on a refund almost one month later. I have reached out more than 25 times, so I will dispute the charges with my credit card company and hopefully they can assist me with getting my money back.

Update: I disputed the changes with my credit card company and they removed the charges from my account.

Do yourself a favor and find another solution to your weight loss journey.

I now believe I’ve been scammed

I now believe I’ve been scammed, I bought 3 bottles of this product costing roughly £180. Was taken in by it,being recommended by Adele. I’ve taken it for nearly 3 weeks now, & not even lost a 1lb! Really wished I’d checked with Trust Pilot first. After reading so many disgruntled customers, I now don’t feel alone, but angry & upset I’ve been taken in by these Scammers!! I shall now stop taking them, & probably end up throwing the rest away! Don’t buy this product!!!

Scam .....This appears to be the usual weight…

This appears to be the usual weight loss scam...there is no place on the site for customer service and there is no evidence of the name Lipovive seems to now have another name. No sign as to whether you can recyle the bottles either....

This is another weight loss scam, Oprah Winfrey recommended, very expensive American capsules. I took them for 28 days. Bombarded with emails of other weight loss gimmicks. Doesn’t even deserve one star🇦🇺

Lipovive and Buy Goods Are a Scam

Please see update below my first post:

I ordered Lipovive not for weight loss but for an energy boost that they advertised, I received the product but have not opened the bag, I spoke with my Nephrologist and sent her the ingredients from the website for Buy Goods and she said Do Not take this product, I have stage 4 kidney failure and I had no idea the ingredients were so harmful. I went to their website and told them I had not open the bag the product came in and requested a return that was 3 weeks ago, I called the company and I left a message but have not heard back yet. I was afraid this was a scam company and apparently I was correct. There are other bad reviews on here for this company.

Update:
I finally got in touch with Lipovive on 11/3/2025, I told the I wanted to return the 4 bottles (unopened) for a refund. They replied that I had to return the product by 11/6/2025, on the 6th I sent the product by via USPS, I emailed the delivery receipt to them that same day, they said I would receive a credit within 7 days, well here it is over 2 months later and not a word from them, so they have my $173.40 and their product back! This is unbelievable. Please do not order from this company. I am reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. Thanks for reading my review. Nancy

So like so many other people I was taken in by the advert from Winfrey Oprah and her backing of LipoVive ! I have had no weight loss and terrible stomach pain and loose bowel movements since taking this supplement ! So have stopped taking it and from what I’ve read on other people’s experiences (bad reviews) I’ve go no chance of redeeming my 60 day return money back guarantee. So please people avoid this product like the plague

DO NOT BUY OR TAKE Lipovive

DO NOT BUY OR TAKE Lipovive. I have sustained KIDNEY and LIVER damage. I got my money back prior to finding out about this problem. I suggest everyone not bother purchasing because even my doctor did not know that the products involved would cost me problems. It remains to be seen if the damage is permanent, but why take a chance for yourself. This product is dangerous and should be taken off the market immediately.

you can refund your Lipovive bottle

If I could rate them a zero

If I could rate them a zero, I would. After consulting with my doctor, I decided to return the unused, unopened bottles of LipoVive. I called the customer service number to find out how to return the product for the guaranteed full refund. I got a recorded message and left my name and number asking them to return my call. Nothing! I sent at least 6 emails requesting info for return and refund. Again no response! I’ll be turning them in to the Better Business Bureau and seek legal council. I suggest others do the same. This is a scam, a total rip off! This company should be shut down. Who knows what they actually put in their pills. I would not attempt to try them, especially now knowing they are not a legit company. I hope Oprah sues them for using her image to promote their product, too! 😡🤬

Lipovive Review

Absolute scam using AI. No lbs lost but I am £150 lighter! Don't go near it. Took 4 weeks to arrive and so glad I didn't sign up to their monthly coaching sessions at £120 each.

Liars and charlatans

I placed an order and accidentally pressed 'order' twice. I messaged within a minute to cancel as it was a mistake and was advised it was too late, it had already been dispatched. I was told I could return for full refund. After receiving info on delivery date I told them it would be too late for me to achieve my goal. No problem, send them back. After many, many e mails and finding out that a full refund was far from the truth, I ended up paying to return the goods via DPD at my own expense. I'd spent a lot of money and needed at least some recompense. I have been contacted by DPD and apparently the package has been refused and is on the way back to me. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CHARLATANS. They are liars and cheats.

Think i mightve been scammed at check out…

Whilst I can't talk about the product itself as I've just ordered one bottle, I can say I think ive been scammed. So the video goes on and on and Oprah is central to it, she's financed this product and, looking very slim, she says it's the natural product she's selling, using her own painful journey with weight loss- a convincing pull, if you ignore the fact she is a billionaire with access to any way if losing weight, money no object. The long promo video includes a lot about restrictive access to Chinese ingredients and minimal chances to buy esp in trump admin times, yet when you buy it, it tries VERY hard to upsell more bottles, even has a second go at check out offering a slightly lower price. Be warned, says zero tax but if outside US this gets added on no warning of how much, the final price being way over the price you see at selling stage. I'm nkt obese at all, I just have a few stubborn meno pounds I'd like to shift so despite the bulk buy being cheaper per bottle, I don't have that free cash so I stuck to my guns and bought 1 month supply. I know if it works and I find this promo, it'll offer all that again despite the one time only get it now hard sell. What I AM concerned about is I dont know if the purchase process completed. It said, after taking my card details etc that I was at "stage 2" of 3 stages. The 3rd stage is a mystery, i scrolled, pressed everything on the page, to no avail. I'm regretting it already. I could have just lost money I can ill afford to throw away. Be very, very careful. If it turns out to be the case, I will make sure I comment to that effect on any more of her posts. I guess it's no accident she is a billionaire, right? And if I was truly ioverweight/ obese, as opposed to wanting to back to a UK size 8 instead of a more squishy size 10, I'd feel utterly betrayed, as she has turned the attacks on her weight into a very very profitable sell over the years. Not cool for other obese people to be conned by. We will see what 1 month supply does ( big claims made about 1 month results btw), if I even get it!

SCAM No 60 day refund as advertised.

This weight loss supplement company (Pink Salt formula) has exhibited deceptive business practices. I purchased their supplement, priced at $319, largely due to their advertised 60-day return guarantee. Following delivery, I received a call from a self-described 'weight loss specialist' from a company called NutraLiss who recommended additional supplements, purportedly to support my weight loss journey, with a quoted price of $3,000. Although her sales pitch was convincing, the price was not. Without even attempting the supplements, I decided to explore alternative options. I contacted the company to initiate the return process and obtain a refund. However, they initially claimed to have no record of my purchase. Despite providing proof, they continued to deny acknowledgment of my transaction. Over the course of six emails and one phone call, they have consistently refused to engage with me.
