THIS IS A SCAM and do not fall for it. Unfortunately they lured me in with a false advert on Instagram pretending to be L'Occtaine offering a birthday promotion. I had to pay €2 for delivery but when the amount has gone through on my card it then turned out I had signed up for a membership of €63 every 14 days. I am trying now to cancel this and get them to delete my information but it is very hard to do. Luckily my bank are helping me. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!

I have now received 2 emails a day since posting this review asking me to remove it. I am attaching the email so you can see what they are trying to do and asking me to be complicate in lying to people. I have reported them and the website to the National Cyber Crime organisation. Making unauthorised debits from my account every 2 days. Scammers!! And Kai having the audacity to ask me to give them a 5 star review and screenshot it.

Never ordered from you! I ordered a shein mystery box and I got nothibg except you keep taking money out of my account!!! Give it back. Now you tell me you are not associated with the scam ers but you are the obes withdrawing money. Scammers!!!
