Avoid. Misleading booking and poor patient care
I booked this appointment solely to have a small bump removed from my eyelid. I was clearly told over the phone that this would be done on the day, and I reconfirmed it before attending.
When I arrived, I received nothing more than a rushed five-minute eye test, completely irrelevant to why I was there, and was sent away without treatment.
When I questioned this, the Dr Maan Kasmiya simply said no and ended the appointment.
I was then invoiced £165 for an appointment that provided no care, no solution, and no value.
Despite sending emails explaining I had been misled at the point of booking, I received no response whatsoever, only repeated payment chasers until I was effectively bullied into paying.
This was a complete waste of time and money, and the lack of communication afterward was unacceptable.

I was very impressed with the level of care and service I received. The staff took time to explain the procedure and put me at ease. Waiting times were reasonable, the facilities were clean and comfortable, and everything was handled quickly and professionally. I would happily recommend this service.

As an older patient, I was slightly unsure of the payment process. I phone up LIPS Healthcare and asked for advice. The person I spoke to could not have been more helpfull, she put my mind at ease immediately and talked me through the process.

I am seeing Dr Flint, and he has been extremely professional and kind throughout my care. He ensured that all required tests were completed in less than a week and provided a diagnosis in under two weeks. I am very happy with his level of service and commitment, and I could not recommend him more highly.

Really difficult to deal with
Really difficult to deal with - billing arrangment is difficult - too complicated and convoluted. Secretaries do not seem to speak much ENglish. No directions given to get to clinic in Battersea Power STation. On my first visit I was immediately asked if I had paid bills for things I had not had - no welcome, just a demand for money. IMpression was of a greedy money grabbing organisation. Maybe slanted towards Arabic patients.
