THIS IS 2ND TIME THAT I GOT SCREWED BY THIS COMPANY.!!
MY PREVIOUS POST WAS DELETED DUE TO AGREEMENT OF THIS COMPANY TO ACCOMMODATE THE PROBLEMS.
BUT HERE IT AGAIN..

Since a day one, they sent the wrong parts and blamed customer not installed correctly. Also, they promised to send the correct parts to fix the problems, but more than 2 months passed by, still didn't receive them and kept saying the parts were sent to me last week which i never received them. i request to get the tracking number from them, but they didn't reply after that. I think they intentionally make me to wait for more than a month which is their 30 days returning window is over and don't care afterward.

i purchased their water softener more than two months ago and it is still sitting on my garage to get the correct parts from them. i communicated with their customer service rep daily till now and problems were not solved.

I think i got screwed by them if you bought their products and got the wrong parts, do not wait for them even though they promised to send the correct parts. They will send you the wrong parts again or will drag it till your 30 days return period is over and after that the issue will be ignored by them.

After waiting this long (per their customer service), i can't return their product or can't install it.
Now, I am really worried that i received the defective product from them.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I am nearly 60 years old and have dealt with a lot of companies, but this is by far the most unprofessional company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I called them to ask them questions about a softener and there was no answer. I then tried them back again 10 minutes later with no answer. After another hour I called and got ahold of someone that stated "You tried calling me twice in 10 minutes and we don't like doing business with people that we now are going to be problem customers" and hung up on me. If this is any indication of what type of company they are, I would strongly suggest you steer away from this one.

Better then what I was expecting

The filter system I purchased from this company is great!!! It was at a very reasonable price and it works perfectly, also the members of the sales staff were exceedingly helpful.

I ordered about a week ago and since then have heard nothing except that my order is processing. Since they advertise that they ship direct from their warehouse I expected my order to ship by now. If something was out of stock I would have appreciated being told that. Just a notice about expected ship time frame would be nice. Since I have not yet received my order I cannot comment of that aspect.

main disappointment only about 75 % of item can be used in the canister. Product works as very good;. I was using the non reusable first from another company little more money but more product usage.
