I purchased the main code MagicIA and several extensions from LiquidThemes. None of these work properly:

With every update I have to fully reinstall the tool and redo all customizations – completely contrary to the “ready-to-use” promise.

Support only replies—for the sake of replying—with no actual solution offered, giving the impression of wasting time rather than fixing anything.

As a self-employed entrepreneur, this has been the worst investment I could have made. I ordered quickly before checking reviews elsewhere – and the result is a disaster.

My refund request is now in the hands of legal proceedings, as the situation is unacceptable

Bought it last week and paid for premium support which is about 380 quid! Absolute nightmare. 0 support buggy theme and fake reviews that they have manipulated

Don't deal with them or purchase their themes. They basically extorted me by telling me that I wouldn't get "priority" service from them unless I removed my negative review. I only reviewed them negatively because after creating a support ticket, I didn't hear anything back for a day and when I tried to go to the site, all of the content was missing and I couldn't do anything with the site- even switch out the theme. Had to start all over with a different theme on a whole new domain. After the review, they basically bribed me for faster service if I would remove my negative review. That is not acceptable, and I'm not going to cave into this horrible customer treatment. Neither should you... avoid.

I have a lot of problem with them and the themes, purchesed from Envato 30 days ago a theme, i don't have any kind of support from Envato and from them.
My website obviously cannot work without a theme, and i didn't get back the money. Only stress.

Since I got to know LiquidThemes, it is my preferred tool for developing my own web pages and for my clients.

The level of customization of their themes is excellent, the loading speed superlative and the designs to choose from abound.

In addition, the attention of the team is fantastic.

I recommend their themes for any web project!

Love the easy and beautiful designed page builder and the well-structured documentation. And for all the things that I couldn't find in the documentation, the support team was replying super quick and super helpful. Looking forward to building more websites with this lovely builder.
