My experience was a positive one my parcel arrived after a short delay but that proved to be a courier error. Contact with Gareth at customer service was easy and effective and with his help the package was found. The packaging was excellent and the item delivered was safe and as expected.

Damaged item
I ordered 2 bottles of perfume. On receipt one of them was completely broken. I emailed & recieved a prompt reply saying that they would send a replacement immediately.

Something went wrong as I was checking out, which meant the company didnt have a record of my order but payment was pending according to my records.

Nikki is fabulous as is the product
I purchased the liquid London, and my order didn't arrive when it was expected by EVRI. EVRI does not provide a great service.
This does not reflect on the seller as they have been fabulous
I contacted seller and team member Nikki replied, and I communicated with Nikki a good few times, and I have to say Nikki has been absolutely amazing. I was kept up to date with immediately and then for the days that followed. Nikki also followed up with further emails to advise of updates and that my purchase was at my chosen delivery safe place, which was fabulous. I have to say the smell it truly amazing, and I can't wait to purchase the next bottles. Thanks Nikki you are amazing 🥰

No matter what scents people like or…
No matter what scents people like or don't, i personally tried this perfume and i liked it and it's good and long lasting.
And beside their incredible product i highly appreciated their incredible customer service, in my second order i had a bottle missing, i reached out to them and Nikki from the costumer support team, very professionally sorted out my issue in no time and had my replacement bottle sent out, i really appreciated Nikki's help.

Ordered 2 bottles of perfume and paid…
Ordered 2 bottles of perfume and paid the extra for 24hr tracked. 5 days later no items arrived. When I got in touch the said I hadn't ordered before 8am....who does and that they would contact Royal mail but this might take 48hrs...do not order from them directly unless you have time on your hands, 6 days now and nothing.
