Issue with Customer Drinks Machine
Patient advisor who resolved the problem with the drinks machine whilst I was going to and fro having to speak to customers at reception. Also, he liaised with my other work colleague to explain steps to resolve the issue.

Quality Service
Emily was brilliant from our very first meeting right through to the end of what was quite a lengthy process. Her knowledge of the different machines available was incredibly impressive – there was very little she didn't know.
Nothing was ever too much trouble, whether it was arranging a trial, answering questions from colleagues, or helping us work through the various options. She was always quick to respond to emails and provided excellent customer service throughout.
What has stood out most is that her support hasn't stopped since the installation. Emily still keeps in regular contact to check everything is running smoothly and to see if we need anything. That ongoing care and attention is exactly what you want from a supplier, and it's been a pleasure working with her and the team at Liquidline.
Must give Ross and Dave a shout out too, they've been great at training and calibrating the machines at short notice,

Update - Since my first review Liquidline have called me back to address the issues which is good to know that they are paying attention to reviews and acting on them :-)
Confirmation of order and updates regarding delivery are great however the delivery company you use simply dump the delivery wherever they can see a door open without advising anyone of where it is :-(

I contacted Liquidline for some advice on our coffee machine. I spoke to one of their customer service executives, Boyd Bowen, who helped identify the correct part we needed and proceeded to place the order on my behalf.

We’re really pleased we chose Liquidline for our new machine and ongoing support. Emily was incredibly helpful and responsive to all of our enquiries. After our old machine packed up, she kindly arranged for us to borrow a machine to try, which was a huge help.
