Problems and more problems & too hot to walk on.
The product is good but not made for any foot traffic. I gets hotter than 10 hells to touch! Here's the customer service/website mess: Ordering via the website is a joke beyond belief. The customer service gave me the wrong info when I changed a simple order right after I placed it. Cristina (customer support) told me the change in product does not require additional money. I was told by her that it works out equal. Wrong! This triggered issues with the "tech support" folks hunting an additional balance due to the order change, that I never got notice of. In addition, the website had tech support adding the change and not removing the previous product. This triggered a balance of over $500 additional for the product that should have been removed (It was never changed on the website and shows an open order with a balance due LOL!!). After speaking with Gabriel I told the tech support to stop involving themselves as the order was good. I thought he was hunting the $500+ from the website info that I requested be corrected for to bill my customers! I figured they just didn't communicate well! Turns out Cristina gave me the wrong info that had him looking for the $34, the change in balance owed for the other product (Poor tech support guy was setup for failure, sorry...not your fault sir.). I had no idea. We both cursed at each other and he hung up. So, I worked with a supervisor named Gabriel. She was the shining light that got me the product and she dealt with all the issues. Then the product arrived it was leaking and it also included a wrong item. The item was mislabeled as the bar code on top of the container was the wrong code for the contents. I called and was immediately sent out a replacement. 4 gallon container and the one gallon of the mislabeled product. This new 4 gallon container leaked into the cardboard and paper padding inside the box as well. What a mess. Gabriel did everything she could. Thank you so much Gabriel for what you do!! But unfortunately, I'm done with this product and this company...especially the website! I have to explain to folks now that their patio is too hot to walk on. Sorry.
