Great customer service from the outset
At no time in our dealings with Liquid Solutions did they try to up-sell on the equipment, rather the opposite, if I didn't need that size they told me and said go a size smaller. Customer satisfaction is their MO, not just selling 'big' equipment and consumables. When there is £150+ between filter lengths, selling the larger makes more money, selling the smaller saves your customer money!
