Every support experience with Liquid Web is resolved in a timely manner with respect. Some of the things I put in support tickets for are probably easy-peezy to others, but my most recent experience? Having the domain settings I purchased through them changed to point to my blogger site. Easy-peezy for someone else. I sent the error I was getting and they took care of it for me. I used to have my everything web-stuff at a different company but they never treated me as good as Liquid Web does. I'm a person to them, and that's beautiful!

This is very worst server compare to other server , Support system and server configuration is low level after open many cases for support still solution not provided from support guys, they are pass on ticket day by day while I am paying 290 USD/ Monthly. Also they are not sending my Refund after loss my so many client due to server issue.

Thus far, LiquidWeb is the best hosting company I've used. They are a bit pricey, however, you get what you pay for. I have a VPS server. Both of my sites went up quickly, no glitches. Great tech service. Nice people who work there. They certainly are worth it! It seems I went through 4 or 5 hosting companies, which were all terrible until I found Liquid Web.

ongoing issues for over 3 months. keeps getting ignored. Techs never answer the questions we pose and simply refuse to fully fix or even engage with the issues.. I have done all of the TS work here only to get generic responses back that show the techs never read the ticket.. after 3 months.. this is making us reconsider Liquid Web

Yet you did not fix it.. its still happening and your tech just tell us to ignore it, rasie the LVE cage limits etc.. but will not correct it... Unfortunately your Fully managed VPS jargon is hype. You have done nothing to fix this issue.I have provide all of the logs and leg work. And you have spent more time here on Trust pilot trying to make yourself look good than trying to fix the issue with your VPS systems,. If you want to impress me.. Just Fully Manage your VPS and Fix the issue's we have and you have acknowledged are there..

Awful 'business' class email. There's nothing business class about it. The hosting is lacklustre at best, support not even reaching the tier of mediocre but the main star of the show is the beyond garbage mail service.

Our experience with Nexcess has been nothing short of a disaster.
We requested a simple rollback to a known working backup point. Instead of performing it — something any competent hosting provider should handle without issues — Nexcess has turned this into an endless support loop with excuses, delays, and zero accountability.
In the latest conversation with their support team, they again refused to execute the rollback, claiming that we must reduce disk usage first. Ironically, most of the large files filling our disk were created on their side, without our request or approval. These include huge SQL dumps and ZIP files generated after Nexcess staff accessed our server.
To make matters worse:
Nexcess previously confirmed the rollback would be performed, yet never did it.
They created unauthorized accounts inside our Magento installation.
Our site has crashed multiple times shortly after their interventions.
They continually shift responsibility back to the customer instead of fixing the issues they caused.
A rollback should take minutes. With Nexcess, it has turned into a week-long nightmare with no resolution in sight.
For anyone running a business-critical website: avoid Nexcess at all costs. Their support is unprofessional, unreliable, and completely unable to execute even the most basic tasks they claim to offer.

I've been with Liquid Web for many years. Their techs are smart, capable and can solve pretty much any problem I send their way with my hosting setup. They went the extra mile (or 100 miles in my case) when switching from a shared to dedicated hosting scenario, which enabled me to offer more capabilities to my customers.

Today was not unusual for our relationship with LW. We had an issue pop up on our websites. When we contacted support - they sat with us through troubleshooting, no "holds", no callbacks. The issue escalated and as soon as Jesse Martinez hopped he fixed the issue instantly! All of our 19 websites were back up and running. He saved us many future problems by quickly resolving the issue. Jesse and Kate, were both extremely helpful, and attentive to what we needed.
This is why we will always stay with Liquid Web. For years, their support has proven to be as valuable as their products for us.
