We are using liquidweb since 2004 and have recommended not less than 100 clients to them between 2004 to 2020.
During past 4-8 years, their service and support has gone from TOP NOTCH to PATHETIC.
Every other day our server becomes unresponsive, unplanned and uninformed maintenance becomes the excuse.
Back then till 2016 when any issue was reported - their response time was within minutes and their support team used to go an extra step to provide best possible support for the managed dedicated servers we were having.
The quality of service has started declining in the past few years.
2024-2025 - they don't care at all, they don't respond.
It seems, the senior management of LiquidWeb has lost it's focus.
- The company is employing dirty tactics to fetch out more and more money from existing customers
- Recently they increased the server prices by 25-30% *absolutely unfair trade practices.
- We have managed dedicated servers with you but your team is no longer cabable of managing the servers then why to pay extra for managed servers?
FUTURE OF LIQUIDWEB looks like in deep SHIT.
Message for LiquidWeb customers and those who are planning to use LiquidWeb:
If you care for your business, look for other hosting services providers.

Review for LW Hosting Services
We, at EBOX SOLUTIONS, had an extremely disappointing experience with LW Hosting for both website and email hosting. Our websites were constantly going down—sometimes for days at a time—without any response or resolution from their team. This issue persisted for months, with our website going down for three days, coming back online, and then going down again, without any real solution being provided!
Their lack of responsiveness to customer issues is completely unacceptable. Additionally, we continued to receive spam emails daily, and they failed to resolve this problem as well. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend LW Hosting.
If you're considering working with them, please be warned—this kind of service will result in the loss of valuable customers. It's simply not worth the risk!

As a long-time customer of Liquid Web—spanning over a decade and involving multiple companies, projects, and servers—I never thought I’d be writing a review like this.
For years, I confidently recommended Liquid Web to clients, colleagues, and business owners due to their reliable service, responsive support team, and robust infrastructure. Unfortunately, that is no longer the case.
I’ve had a single support ticket open for nearly "a full year". During that time, the issue has been repeatedly ignored, reopened, closed, or passed around without resolution. It has been escalated to different departments, yet I've received "zero meaningful responses" from support, management, or even corporate. Not even a courtesy check-in to acknowledge the delay or provide a timeline.
This isn’t a minor inconvenience—it’s a "major roadblock" that has prevented me from moving forward on a key project. I’ve been patient, respectful, and professional throughout, but after a year of silence and mismanagement, it’s clear that "Liquid Web has dropped the ball in a way that directly hurts my business".
Sadly, I can no longer recommend Liquid Web to my clients or business partners. The trust has eroded, and in a world where timely, accountable support is critical, this experience has been deeply disappointing.
If you’re a developer, agency, or business owner relying on technical support and uptime, I strongly advise "reconsidering your options." Things have changed, and not for the better.
