My experience was exceptional, thank you! Monday had my initial appointment - they were very detailed and professional regarding the procedure. Wednesday had my surgery done. I didn't feel any pain or any sort of discomfort. I went with femto procedure. Just 2 hours after my vision became nearly perfect. The fallowing day I had my follow up appointment (very informative) and I gotta say, I can see again!! Thank you Lirema Kaunas, you've been brilliant. 100% recommend!!

I had an outstanding experience at Lirema Eye Clinic, and I especially want to thank Dr. Diana Davainienė for her incredible care and professionalism. She took extra time to carefully explain every possible scenario regarding my vision correction and was extremely patient with many many questions I had. She walked me through why surgery was needed only for one eye, evaluated each risk, and gave me every possible option for long-term vision health. What impressed me most was her honesty and thoroughness — there was no pressure, no rushed explanations, and no “sales talk.” Instead, she gave me straightforward, knowledgeable insights into my astigmatism, explained what the numbers on paper really meant versus reality, and detailed what I could expect throughout the healing process.

The surgery I had was surface LASIK (PRK type). Dr. Davainienė explained very clearly how this method differs from the standard LASIK flap procedure — including why it was safer in my case, what the longer healing period would look like, and how my vision would gradually improve over time. Knowing all this in advance made me feel calm, confident, and trusting in her decision and in the process.

The entire staff at Lirema was also fantastic — extremely friendly, gentle, and informative. From the moment I arrived, they made sure I felt comfortable and calmed my nerves.

Overall, doctor and the staff clearly prioritized genuine care for my well-being. I highly recommend this clinic, and especially Dr. Diana Davainienė, to anyone considering vision correction.
