I’m extremely disappointed with the Liroma LED mask. For a product with such a hefty price tag, I expected durability and reliability—but mine stopped functioning after just 6 months of normal use.

What’s even more frustrating is the company’s response. Although they acknowledged that the mask is still under warranty, they refused to issue a refund simply because I’m based in the United States, where they don’t ship. Instead, they offered to send a replacement power bank to an EU address—despite the fact that I’m not located there and there’s no guarantee that this would even fix the issue.

If a product is under warranty, the company should make the consumer whole—whether that means a proper replacement, repair, or refund. Liroma failed to do that here.

For comparison, I own another LED mask from Dennis Gross that has been working perfectly since 2022, so I know this kind of failure isn’t normal.

Between the poor product quality and inadequate customer service, I strongly recommend choosing a better alternative. Liroma isn’t it.

I bought the Liroma red light therapy lamp to support my recovery after sports. After using it a few times, I noticed that muscle tension and aches decreased more quickly. So it does what it promises. The warmth also feels very pleasant and relaxing, which makes it nice to use the lamp at the end of the day as well.

The lamp is easy to use, and the remote control works well. I also like that there's a safety feature where the indicator light flashes when not unplugged, which gives some extra peace of mind. In my opinion, the price-quality ratio is very good.

I also want to mention the customer service. I had contact with the company, and it was truly five-star: quick, friendly, and very helpful. That gives extra confidence in the product. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the purchase and would definitely recommend this lamp.

Pros and cons: Excellent purchase experience and delivery. I had a question of assembly and received a reassuring response that there are directions, but unfortunately there was no assembly directions to attach the base with wheels. However was able to put it together with the assistance of a YouTube video and a screw driver. Very happy indeed with the purchase.

Perhaps a little expensive but the quality of light was great. It really helped my skin condition on my back.

Hello, package arrived quickly and the goods arrived in the best possible condition. The seller provides a very good protective packaging. We ordered Red light therapy FORCE RTL300. We tried it immeditely and it worked perfectly well. First impression was a satisfying confirmation that we bought a high quality product made of good solid materials. Our first exposure sparkled a good vibe in the body. We will further explore its health
benefits and hopefuly for a long time. It is a good price for the quality and good size that covers 1/2 of the body.

The Liroma LED Face Mask was delivered fast—within a few days—which I appreciated. The quality feels good, solid for the cost. But I’m doubtful about the claim that NIR (850nm) is active with modes like red light. I tested with my camera and I only saw one diode lit up per LED module, and I think it is highly unlikely that a single diode(point of light) can produce both red(630nm) and NIR(850nm) wavelengths. There’s no detailed LED info to confirm how it’s done, leaving me unconvinced about the NIR output. Still trying it out, but I’m skeptical.

EDIT: They confirmed that the LED light can indeed produce red(630nm) and NIR(850nm) at the same time. Great communication 5/5

The bulb deserves great packaging box and One of the best halogen bulb I ever bought also perfect light spectrum(true red) with warm waves.
