Great and quick service, cleare communication and good pricing.

We visited this dental clinic with our child. We have had successful and positive visits here before, which is why this experience was especially disappointing.

During this appointment, our child was clearly uncomfortable. Instead of responding calmly and professionally, the doctor behaved in a rude and impatient manner, increasing the pressure rather than trying to reassure the child. When our child said that the procedure was unpleasant, the doctor reacted in an ultimatum-like way, demanding an immediate decision on whether we would continue or not. That was definitely one of the worst experiences in the clinics.

Shortly after that, the doctor ended the appointment herself, visibly irritated and unprofessional. There was no attempt to de-escalate the situation, show empathy, or adapt the approach to a child patient.

This behavior is unacceptable in pediatric dentistry. Children require patience, calm communication, and emotional safety. Unfortunately, this visit failed on all of those points. Based on this experience, we cannot recommend this clinic for visits with children.

I started the treatment in this clinic some time ago and definitely can say that they unite expertise and care.
Only this clinic agreed to proceed my orthodontic treatment, which was started in different country.
The whole treatment plan was described at the beginning and each step is explained, during the process.
I'm still in progress, but current result is great.
They also keep good connection with patient and schedule flexibility.

I have been receiving orthodontic treatment here since 2023 with Dr. Alla. I am very satisfied with the results – everything is professional and friendly. I truly appreciate that she agreed to continue the treatment I had already started in another country.

The clinic itself is modern and spotless, and communication with the administrators is always excellent – they are polite and respond promptly. The pricing is fair for the quality of service provided.

This is an excellent clinic with top-level doctors! The atmosphere is incredibly pleasant, and my family and I always choose The Practice!

I really like this clinic and the doctors, but sometimes it can be difficult to schedule an appointment. But overall, i love it!

Good clinic, I liked it

A great dental clinic: modern equipment, very attentive and qualified doctors. I had a complex case—root inflammation—and the doctors performed high-quality surgical treatment and installed an implant. The doctors are always available and provide comprehensive information on treatment and prognosis. I really liked that the entire range of dental services is available in one place. I recommend this clinic and will continue to use its services. Thank you very much to the entire team!
