Lisfinity Reviews 

I had a very disappointing experience with Lifinityy. I placed Order #1664 on 21 February, but the package was apparently lost due to a courier issue. After several follow-ups, the company offered either a reshipment or a refund. I chose a full refund on 16 March.

They confirmed that the refund would be processed within 15 business days, but it never arrived. After contacting them again, they claimed there had been a “technical error” and that the refund had been processed and would appear within a few days. More time passed and I still received nothing.

Communication was polite, but the issue was never actually resolved. I never received the product or my refund. Very frustrating experience overall.

After spending months building a site using this theme only to discover that I needed listfinity support to resolve what would take them less than a minute to sort out...no response. I had to restart over again with a different theme. More than the money waisted, I regret the time loss and buying into the marketing reviews .. Not to mention the stress it caused in my life ..To the fellow in youtube that says he's giving it a free review because he's so impressed. I think I will never believe a single review he ever gives again. To the theme builders .. When you publish something without support...and full of empty promises, please think about the damage you cause to peoples lives and livilihood. I gave you a one star because there was no zero.

I purchased the Lisfinity theme hoping for a smooth and professional experience, but it has been a complete letdown. The theme is riddled with bugs that make it almost unusable. From layout issues to broken functionalities, it’s clear that this theme wasn’t properly tested before being released.

What’s even worse is the lack of support from the team behind it. Despite reaching out multiple times for help, I received either no response or generic replies that didn’t address my issues. It’s incredibly frustrating to pay for a theme and not get the assistance you need when things go wrong.

I would not recommend Lisfinity to anyone looking for a reliable WordPress theme. Save your time and money, and look elsewhere.

I recently purchased the Lisfinity for my website with high hopes of enhancing its aesthetics and functionality. Unfortunately, what I thought would be a seamless integration turned into a nightmare of bugs and unresponsive support.

From the very beginning, I encountered numerous issues.

To my dismay, the support provided by the author was nothing short of disappointing. The author would promptly close the tickets without addressing the underlying issues, leaving me with a sense of abandonment and frustration. It became evident that the theme was not just buggy, but the support was equally unreliable.

Attempting to find a resolution, I meticulously documented each bug with screenshots, error logs, and detailed descriptions. However, my attempts to communicate the severity of the issues fell on deaf ears. The author not only failed to acknowledge the problems but seemed indifferent to the struggles users were facing with their theme.

When I finally decided that enough was enough and requested a refund, I was met with further disappointment. Despite providing an extensive list of issues and evidence, my refund request was unceremoniously declined, leaving me stuck with a defective theme that was not only frustrating but also a waste of hard-earned money.

In a market saturated with quality themes and developers who stand by their products, Lisfinity stands out as a cautionary tale. The lack of support, the dismissive attitude towards reported bugs, and the refusal to process a refund make it an unfortunate choice for anyone seeking a reliable and functional theme.

Save yourself the headache and steer clear of Lisfinity. There are plenty of alternatives available that offer not only visually appealing designs but also the reliability and support you deserve as a paying customer.

Several Bugs and the client support doesn't give a sh**. I found some simple bugs in why website, but the client service isn't interested in anything. I wrote them some tickets, at first they always ask for a video of the error and if you send it to them, they don't answer anymore or they give you an answer that does not have anything to do with the problem (maybe because they didn't read well and didn't watch the video, neither). At some point, they simply delete the ticket without giving you an answer und without solving the problem. I will cancel my contract as fast as possible and look for someone professional.

The product looks like it has comprehensive and well-thought out options and in general it does. However the documentation is woefully lacking and poorly developed. Video tutorials generally have no audio track and trying to understand the actions displayed is a challenge. Making any type of modification to the basic theme structure will break the site and the frustration caused and effort required to fix things again is probably not worth the angst.

Lisfinity is the classified ads WordPress theme and I must say that features and designs are far beyond from what I expected to get from this product. From designs, easy build to monetization options, I'm totally stunned. I'm ultra satisfied!
