Another victim of their subscription scam here. Makes no sense, getting charged for a subscription I never signed up for, 7 days within the “18 day free trial” period. I don’t even remember purchasing anything from this website lol, it was through an instagram ad for a back massager.

Like everyone else I got scammed with this monthly subscription. I didn't recognise the name Listenbay on my credit card statement because it wasn't the company name shown when I purchased some sandals. After reading the reviews I emailed them and said if I'd unwittingly been signed up to a monthly subscription to cancel it. They got back to me and said I hadn't cancelled the subscription within the free 18 days so I've been charged $64 NZD for the month. They said they would cancel my subscriptionI but I don't trust them to not continue charging, so I'll have to cancel my credit card. The sandals I bought are a joke, they smell like a toxic cocktail of chemicals and slip off your feet when you walk.

I don't even no use but you take $63 from my account grrrrr

Filthy mongrels took $70 nz dollars from us, claim that there was an agreed upon subscription. Filthy lying scammers.

I want my money back. Taking $35 out of my account without asking. Telling me that I signed up for a contract that's bullsh*t. You are scammers and 18 day free another bullsh*t story.Not getting back to me via email, my bank knows about you and the police. DON'T BUY THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!!!!

Scam, they keep you charging for an automated non-refundable membership. I talked to their support and they insist this is not refundable. Cheaters.

I ordered three bras on Instagram last night at $47.06 Australian (US $29.99). When I received the email from the company it said three black bras size small, so I rang the number and a lady called Misrah answered the phone. she had a strong accent, possibly Indian. I asked her “why do I have to have three black bras? Do they come in colours?” Had trouble getting through to her as she couldn’t understand what I was saying and I couldn’t understand her with her thick accent. eventually she explained to me that the bras do you come in black white pink beige and green, so I requested one black one white & one pink. then I said you have put small. if it is too small can I return the bras and change them for medium? she said no you can’t. I said oh really?so then I said to her where are you from she said we are based in the United Kingdom I have since read in the Complaints section that the company is based in Cyprus. I said what is your name she said Misrah and spelt it for me. That sounds like an Indian name. where were you born? and she said Miss Judy I cannot tell you where I was born. so I said why the secrecy & she said I choose not to tell you. so immediately I suspected something was up when they said I couldn’t return the bras if they were the wrong size. I looked up Listenbay.com on the internet and found all the complaints from people being charged for a monthly “subscription” since their one-off purchase has but of course now that company has their credit card details so it is definitely a big scam!!!!!

I bought some shapewear and a week later noticed a second charge for $62 aust which I thought was strange as I never bought anything else.i messaged them and they told me it was for a monthly subscription. I never signed up for any such thing.now I have cancelled my card and am disputing the charges

SCAM Thieves. After an initial credit card purchase the card was then charged on a monthly basis .

Worst buy EVER! I too was scammed by the subscription I didn't sign up to - what a fraud. Wish I'd read these comments beforehand but hopefully someone else will. I had to cancel all cards and am still waiting to see whether the bank can recover any of the money taken from my account.

Scam. Stole my details and used them for unauthorised transactions that were picked up by the fraud team at my bank. I will have to wait to have my money returned but fortunately it’s not a lot.

Scam you out of extra money from bank account 😭 purchase of $50, disgraceful the items that I received (not as advertised at all), they then do deduction from my bank account monthly in access of $67 pm - I realised this after the 2nd monthly deduction went of - DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM EVER!!!

Yes, this is a scam. I bought a neck Chiropractic Neck Traction Pillow PROTEC on May 24, 2023, for USD 29.99. You automatically synced my card details for the monthly membership program.
Which I did not

Please do not use them, They are some fine print that will take your card details and charge you monthly
Most of us do not check our accounts for deductions. I realize today when I was going through my credit card details

This is a big scam as they are very unserious on customer service, have chatted with 3 different people within an hour and keep referring that I have taken a subscription of 400 sek even though I have not checked this.

They sign you up for a membership even if you don't click in the box.
"Special offer"
Membership for free products every month
18 days free trial after that 394,7 SEK monthly.
I haven't sign up. And still they have taken 1300 SEK from my account.
And they sais that I have signad up for this.
I haven't even seen it on the order confirmation or agreed to the membership.
On no free products either.
It's just a scam business.
So never buy anything from them.

Scam sacam scam! I ordered some foam cleaner that is useless. They charge me about A$32.86 this unless foam. I don't orry about it because I agreed and ordered. However, the biggest problem comes later. They took A$61.9 from my card. Can anyone help me how to I get a refund?

this company is a real big scam don't buy anything from them they have taking over $800 on my credit card for no reason and I call them they tell me they are going to stop and every month I get charges $48 THEN 2 WEEKS LATER $52 THEN 1 WEEK LATER $51 and so on …PLEASE DON'T USE THIS WEBSITE FOR NOTHING they are horrible people .. they are thief's liars and a huge scam

Credit card debited on the 8 & 28 August didn’t purchase anything from them !
