I have been so impressed with this company. I ordered an item for Christmas but I got the delivery day wrong. I contacted the team as soon as I realised but it was so close to Christmas I didn’t hold much hope I would hear back in time. I was so relieved as I received a reply straight away and they resolved the issue immediately. My gift arrived in time for Christmas Day which was fantastic!
The team were working around the clock to make sure everyone got their gifts in time and the communication was brilliant. The item I ordered was great quality and came with a personalised card. It’s so refreshing to get this level of customer service. I will use this business again for future gifts and I’m recommending to friends and family. I can’t fault them and hope they go from strength to strength!

Quality of products was brilliant, packing of the order spot on. Customer Service was also great, I had to drop them a message with some difficulty on my end being in to sign for the delivery & they managed help me arrange to collect from depot (my preferred option at the time).

Spot on will definitely be purchasing from again in the future!

I bought a book for my grandson as he’s a downhill biker- I haven’t opened it as it’s well wrapped, but what I can say it arrived promptly in perfect condition ( in thick cardboard ) and the front cover looks really exciting

Bought a Toyo toolbox as a gift - it arrived quickly, well wrapped and with a lovely note inside with my name on it... I really appreciate these nice touches, as it makes the experience feel more personal. I'll definitely be back again shopping at this store. Also to add that it's quite refreshing to have a retailer like this who isn't stocking EVERYTHING under the sun, the assortment is well considered and well presented. 10/10
