We could feel Christopher’s knowledge of the real estate market right off and that gave us the confidence to take the next step with him. The people at Clever Real Estate were nice and helpful. When I reached out they connected me with 3 great experienced Realtors with discounted commissions. They answered all of my questions and consistently followed up with me throughout the process. The townhouse sold very quickly once we put it on the market.

I am not a fan of real estate agents. I think most are overpriced secretaries who do the bare minimum and act like they are doing you a favor. Finding a truly competent one is a one in a million shot.

When inspection issues came up, she did not hand them to us. She handled them — pushed back where pushing back was warranted, brought in her own people, and negotiated without flinching. That is everything you hope an agent will do but rarely does.

I interviewed the first 2 agents who contacted me. I was impressed with both agents and will review the information I asked them for then make a decision. I didn't feel it was necessary to interview any other agents. The agents were Takeisha George and Sharon Byrd.

The home buying experience was made simple due to the people who were involved in helping me. The agent that Clever set me up with, Ashlee Shakir, was available at any time for any questions and went above my expectations in helping me find the home that was right for me. Her knowledge gave me the confidence I needed in moving forward with the biggest financial decision I have made in my life.

I have used Clever Real Estate twice - once for selling in FL and once for buying in NC. Both experiences were tremendous. The agents were top notch and were able to (1) sell my home in a downward sliding market in FL and then in NC (2) my agent Aimee Anderson was awesome. She found me a wonderful home, Facetimed with me while walking through it and then I traveled to see it in person. I think Clever is the way to go!
