I recently purchased from Litbuy and was incredibly impressed !

Said that it was delievered but nothing was there. Really disappointed when I was checking my mailbox expecting something but it was empty!

The shipping prices are incredibly cheap, however, the customer support leaves much to be desired. The package arrived quickly. However, I've been waiting for another package for about two weeks now, as I split my haul. It's been stuck on a status for 10 days, and customer support isn't responding. It's outrageous to advertise 24/7 support when no one answers. The first package arrived quickly and without any problems.

My son ordered clothes for about 200 dollars. It took almost a week for the clothes to arrive to the litbuy wearhouse. We had to pay the clothes upfront. One T-shirt was out of stock and the same with a parfume. We chose to get the money back, but they did not refund. Then it was time to choose shipping. Since we live in Norway we could only choose one method/shippingcompany, price for shipping almost 100 dollars. We paid since we already had paid for the clothes. We got a mail that said shipping was paid successfully. After two days we got a new mail where it stood we had to pay more in shipping because they had the weight of the package wrong. Then we got suspicious this was scam.. Then we got another mail they had cancelled the whole package. And we lost almost 300 dollars. They don’t answer when we try to make contact for refunding the omount we payed. So we never got out clothes and not our money back. Will strongly recommend not to buy anything from them. Tik tok profiles give them good rating and that’s why my son wanted to buy from them, but please don’t.

my order came really fast after i orderd and when it came to the wherehouse the qc photos were amazing and the quality is good.

The site is overall great, it has everything sorted so you can't get lost even if you wanted to and has good shipping prices which are essential for these types of apps. The support team responds pretty fast but because it is so well designed you will most likely never need them.

Okay well the packages arrived to the warehouse in like less than a week, and the shipping is a tiny bit spicy but still 10x cheaper than buying the original from everything, so there’s that. although its a great platform, but it takes time to find the product’s link you want to have

So I found out about litbuy about a month ago and placed an order about a week ago for some Yeezy slides and within a week of the order it arrived at their warehouse and sent me quality pictures of the slides. And since I didn’t want to ship out my item right now they gave me 3 months that I can keep it their at there warehouse. Definitely one of the better agents. 5 stars.
