I would give ZERO stars if I could. I ordered SEVERAL items in early December for Christmas and NEVER received any of them. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE. THEY ARE CROOKS!!!!

I would give zero stars if I could. Spent $50 for a Taylor Swift tumbler back in November. It finally came but the quality is terrible. You can see the seam from the sticker they put on it and it doesn’t even line up. The back of the tumbler reads 19889 instead of 1989 and now the site is just gone. So disappointed and wish Instagram would start vetting their ads more.

I was scammed for a Taylor Swift cup. I can’t believe Shop doesn’t vet the companies that use their service. I have emailed the contact 3 times with no response. I see others here at least got a fake response. I ordered on Dec. 3rd for a Christmas gift. Litchella sucks!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. 100% scam! Just another fake Chinese company stealing your money. I was provided with an order number and a link to a tracking site. The order was never shipped and the order number doesn’t work. Seemed legit but I was the fool. Just another $50 grab for the bad guys.

Total scam. It basically was a generic steel cup with a sticker print wrapped around it with a Starbucks logo in the design of the sticker. Took over a month to get it and as I can see I am not the only one.

Ordered 2 items, first one came, so only part order arrived, the other one you can’t track as the same order, no customer service as sent emails absolutely rubbish and they still have my money, don’t buy from this company I totally regret it, as I way of getting my money back

Apparently just like everyone else I see on here... I too was scammed for the Taylor Swift Starbucks cup! It was a Christmas Gift for my daughter. I was relucted to pay such a high price for such a thing, but it looked to be a nice cup and I knew she would love it. This is the second Taylor Swift purchase that was disappointing for us. :(
I wish I would have known this was a $hi+ company. I thought was through Starbucks as that was where the post for it was ;(

Would put 0 stars if I could. Like everybody else on here, I have been scammed by this store as well. Ordered a tumbler for my daughter for Christmas on 12/3/23. Never received, store is now nonexistent and emails to support have gone unanswered.

Ordered a black Taylor Swift Stanley Cup Dec 7th. Immediately charged my credit card and I've received nothing. Now trying to contact the company it seems to have disappeared. Like all the others here It was to be a Christmas gift and I'm out the $50. Im going to attempt a chargeback but don't expect much luck there. I had no idea this was an overseas company. Seems like the website SHOP should hold some responsibility in this?! Very angry

Seems to be a thing with the Taylor Swift tumblers. I ordered one and never received. No replies to emails either. Poor. I've started a chargeback, we'll see how that goes.

Ordered two Taylor Swift tumblers for my girls for Christmas. Tracking was not updating, so I emailed them. They said they would ship out that coming Friday. The next Monday, I went to check and the website was GONE!!! Worst shopping experience on the net! Hope they choke on the money and get scammed by someone like they scammed me. Wish I could give 0 stars…

I ordered two Taylor swift tumblers at the end of November, to be Christmas presents, only one arrived however it was severely damaged, the other still has no updates as to where it is into the new year, so that’s two people disappointed for Christmas, when I tried to contact them about the issue, there was no website anymore and there was no response to my email sent to them about the issue

2 orders made. 1 received. 1 not arrived. No reply to messages. Instagram account seems to have disappeared.

Ordered Taylor Swift Black Tumbler on Dec 4th and never received. Emailed the company, no response and now the website is down?

Purchase an Taylor Swift Limited edition Starbucks Black Tumbler from them on the 29th November 2023, the item arrived to me on the 19th December 2023, the packaging was terrible, the lid of the item was smashed into pieces and unusable and around the rim of the item was all chipped off. I emailed them straight away with no response, I have since emailed them again and sent them a message on Instagram, again with no response. The company website and Instagram page now seems to of conveniently disappeared. I wasn’t cover by Apple Pay as apparently Apple Pay doesn’t have protection cover, so that £40 down the drain. I have contacted my bank who have said they will try to make contact with the sellers bank to acquire a refund from them on my behalf, but it apparently isn’t looking likely so I’m told. It was a Christmas present for my niece, so that’s just ruined that 😡
