If I could give no stars I would.
You can't contact the company as their address won't accept emails. The quality and sizing of clothes is terrible. I bought a pair of pants in a size larger than normal and they are still too tight. The quality of the material and the making of the Eco-friendly bamboo yoga pants is atrocious. Seams aren't finished properly, buttons not sewn on well. Seams are extremely thin. Total waste of money and that's after waiting forever to get them in the first place. If anyone can find a return email address I'd be very interested in it, please. I wish I'd seen these reviews before I wasted my $40 odd dollars. Total scammers.

This is by far the worst company I've ever had the displeasure of trying to do business with. They robbed me of $35.96

Hi guys, I have ordered 2x bamboo dance pants and please save yourselves from the frustration. The products are no where near what on the models and pictures. They are obviously different types of products that you have seen and the ones you received. I’m pretty angry. Where is the integrity!

If anybody has a return address please let me know.
Horrible experience, terrible product.

Should have read these reviews before ordering ... I don't understand why there are allowed to advertise on Instagram. Same as everyone: pants didn't fit, I emailed for the return address and they replied that I could give it as a gift. After my reply saying I did not want that and I wanted a refund they offered me 4 USD as compensation. I've emailed several times and 4 USD went up to 6, to 7, to 9 and to 12 USD before they blocked my email.
I can only assume that they are reading these reviews with great pleasure and laughing their assess off that they can fool people so easily..

I would’ve given them a negative star.. how companies like this can exist I have no clue..there r clothes are unwearable, unless you enjoy bunched up waistlines and a rash on your legs. There is a return policy, but you gave to be “accepted “ into it.. really?.. after several emails demanding my “ acceptance “ into the return club I was offered $7..... for 4 pair of pants...: my response email was undeliverable and I believe the have blocked me...:DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS SCAM***yes they’ve definitely blocked my emails from going thru,,, Ii guess they don’t want people to know their scam

If I could give them no stars I would. The worst company to work with. I ordered a pair of pants. They came about 5 sizes to small. I even ordered up a size just in case. When I tried to return them just like their website said that I could they refused and started off offering me $5 back for $30 pants. Now that we finally meet 1/2 way which frankly I am getting screwed with I can no longer email them because the emails are all coming back undeliverable. It is the email and only way to contact them per their own website. NEVER EVER order from this company. It is just a big scam.

This company is horrible. Another China made company that takes a month to get your order only to get a size that doesn’t fit and the fabric is cheap and itchy. When you get your package there is no return label, no information to return but only Chinese writing. I requested to return it and they told me to give it to a friend and offered $5 USD as a refund. I will never get scammed again by this company.

Terrible company and scammers. I ordered two pairs of pants and when they hadn't arrived after 3 weeks I checked my order status - they hadn't even been packaged, let alone shipped, yet. No communication from the company about the delay whatsoever. I then started to read reviews about Litchin and, after all the bad experiences that others have posted already, I decided to cancel my order altogether. Result: daily e-mails trying to haggle with me about the refund! First they tried to convince me, not to cancel my order. Then they offered me a gift card instead of a refund. After rejecting those offers, they started offering me a 5 dollar refund, the next day a 7 dollar refund, then 9, and so on. I kept rejecting that, of course. My bill was for almost 60 dollars, the payment has already been taken off my credit card. Now, their e-mail is not working at all any more. I keep getting error messages saying the e-mail address doesn't exist! Unbelievable! I will contact my credit card company to get my money back. Never ever order from those guys!

I've had the same experience everyone here has described! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! They've blocked me on emails as well. Offering me $4 or $6 and give them as a gift. I asked for a full refund and they blocked me twice now. Their material is terrible and the sizing is way off! They are complete rip offs!! I'm going to try to file a complaint with the BBB as well They shouldnt be allowed to get away with this!

I agree with everyone’ negative comments previously! I can’t believe the awful service. I think they blocked me too, what a complete joke! After two weeks of trying to return their garbage products they just up and ghost on my emails. I hope they get sued or something for having such false advertising. What a complete rip off. STAY AWAY!!! What a waste of money and time. I feel absolutely disgusted and ripped off. Shame on Facebook for holding their ads!!

The worst company I have ever ordered from. Thank god i only spent $57. I received the 2 pairs of pants I ordered. They were awful. Poorly sewn, very cheap material and overall look was not like what was advertised. I sent them an email the day I got them, and told them I would like to return cuz I was not happy. And I was very nice about it.On their site they say they accept returns within30 days. We went back and forth for 2 weeks with them saying they apologize and it’s a rarity that there are problems. They offered me a $4 credit and then a $6 credit and I kept telling them I wanted to return and get all my money back. After many emails back and forth the last Offer they gave me was $22 back. I tried to respond and I think they either blocked me or something cuz my message are not getting to them anymore. So... I strongly urge everyone to not order from this company. They are false advertising, have horrible customer service and their clothing quality is awful.

I tried to cancel my order before it came. They ignored the email. After I received the clothing i saw that it was made from such cheap material and everything was the incorrect size. I tried for 2 weeks to return the items and they kept ignoring me. Finally they said please reconsider your order as the return shipping is too expensive. I tried to email them back and they blocked my email address. NEVER order from here. So I’m out 200$ and have some clothing is can use as fire starter material. Brutal.

Zero stars!! The quality of these products are horrible! It's like they're going to fall apart if you wash them or even wear them for a day. Also, the company seems like it's run by incompetent imbeciles. Their return policy is non-existent. If you order from them you're ordering at your own risk because their company is the worst and no one knows what they're doing! Hopefully you don't buy but if you do, good luck.

0 stars from me ......Pants were a large on me they should have been a little to big as im a 10-12 but keeping overseas in mind i thought to be sure id get a large .....stupid me i ordered 4 pairs of the yoga pants .....TRied one pair on and didnt bother with the rest. They are the most ill fitting pants ever the crotch really low the legs would fit an ant.....bloody disgusting.....then i tried to contact them to have my email returned ..........so now im stuck with thse stupid pants.....DO NOT BUY FROM THIIS MOB THEY HAVENT GOT A CLUE WHAT THEY ARE DOING!!@

I would give zero stars. I ordered a pair of leggings & at the checkout after putting my credit card info a pop up came up that said would you like to add an extra for 20% off. I accidentally hit yes instead of no & it didn't even give the option to confirm it just went right on through. When I realized the mistake I tried getting in contact with them right away & at first their email was invalid. I finally was able to get through with a different email the following day & told them my mistake all o got back was a response just try them you will love them. I sent at least 20 emails trying to cancel my order with their same response just give them to a friend. I then got an email saying they were shipped & all they can offer me is $14 & keep their product. These people are criminals & I wish I knew what I could do. BEWARE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, FRAUDS!!!

This is the worse company to deal with. I paid $58 for 2 leggings and the quality was cheap and horrible. When I emailed asking for a refund they asked me to send the a photo of the product which I did and they said it would cost me the sane amount to ship them back so I should just keep them and give them to someone else. Also their emails were very hard to understand and they would not send me a return address.

Poor quality, not what they advertised, ordered two pairs of leggings the same size, one fits and one does not, unfinished seams, waistband folds and does all sorts of weird things, very uncomfortable but I can't be bothered to go through the whole return process. I just want to warn others.

I ordered a pair of leggings that were obviously made for a tiny slender shorty! I have been going back and forth with their “return department “ through emails. They are also wanting me to keep the item and they will offer some refund amount and I should give them to a “best friend”! I DON’T have any tiny short best friends! I am contacting my credit card today and stopping payment! I will return them if they give me their address. If not...I will search the world over for that ONE teeny tiny short person that might fit into these! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE SCAMMERS! It’s not worth your time and hassle! BEWARE!!!!
