Ordered an item through the website on 10th April with an estimated delivery date of 28th-30th April. Tracking was never updated, item has not been received as of 6th May. Seller has ignored two emails and an Instagram message, and I have now had to apply for a refund through my bank.
Purchased via the website (rather than through the Etsy shop). I never received the item and when I tried to contact them they never responded, I had to get a refund through my bank. Reading deep into the Etsy reviews, it is not the first time a customer has experienced this.
