Purchased a Hell Vape from Amazon from this company. Delivery was fine and as advertised. Product itself did not live up to expectations and dyed my hands green straight out of the box. I requested to refund and sent it back. Having paid the return postage of 4:67 I was shocked when their response was I hadn't read the manual or maintained it properly. It was a brand new product. They refused a full refund offering a partial refund or to return the unit to me.
Whilst they do respond to customers the offer of only a partial refund on what they state is a prefect product is baffling. I do wonder if they intend to re-package and re-sell.
I won't use them again and would advise others not to as well.

If I'd read the previous reviews, I'd have probably been inclined not to order from them but I did and I have no complaints at all. Service and communication were good and the parcel was delivered exactly as specified. Price was excellent too. Based on my experience on this occasion, I'd be happy to shop with them again.

originally the product was cod which was approved by the website later on after a week the team calls up and says that
cod option is not available to which i had to wire the money then onl;y the product will be dispatched which i did
after which there was no response from the team
i had to personally follow up the whole shipping and check on it and after all this even after receiving the amount the product was not delivered and sent back to the company
i would like to tell the people not to buy from this website as there customer services and relation is really bad
very unprofessional behaviour
please do a proper background check before buying

Just bought a SMOK G150 kit from them. Arrived dead. Very non chalant replies from customer service. They need to send it back to China etc. They won't replace it or give me a refund! Might as well just buy these products straight from China through gearbest or aliexpress. Or buy from someone that can give you a replacement guarantee. Won't make the mistake of going here again. I just flushed money down the toilet with these guys. What a sham.

Mildly disappointed. My order was cancelled and full refund returned at "my request" although i didn't cancel. No explanation. My only guess is insufficient stock as advertised and couldn't send out for next day but rather than email to let me know they cancelled my order altogether. I might have been happy to wait.

Seller is too rude for me, I'd prefer a softer one, like a good cigarrete

I did stock their product it was sale and return after collecting few Payments the sale person never came and then I got a letter from debit agency and this is their way to sell their unwanted stock

I have tried many brands of electronic cigarette and this one has to be my favourite. I bought the ego t kit and I'm working my way through their eliquid range and so far I've loved them all especially the bubblegum one.

The customer service is great and they advised me on which product would suit me best and which liquids were the most popular ones. I paid for next day delivery and got my order the next morning.

I have no complaints at all and would recommend this company highly.
