My home support provider suggested LNE…

My home support provider suggested LNE when I turned 80, a couple of years ago. Each time I have ordered the 28 meals, being a good saving in delivery and administration charges, compared to smaller deliveries and I appreciated having the meals. At my age and with spinal injuries to my back, causing much ongoing pain, I requested, that the driver come up my drive, into the back verandah and leave the box on an old tankstand, opposite the backdoor, being the closest and most convenient access to the kitchen. I was told the deliveries would take place after 7am, so had my gate unlocked by that time. Am not certain how many deliveries i have had, as I don't eat LNE all the time, but I guess there's been about 8 altogether. I would give the meals about 7 out of 10. All but the last delivery came after 7:30am, only 4 were placed on the tankstand, the others were left on a glass top table in the verandah, or behind a stone wall at the front of the property, which was very difficut for me to take into the house, having to use a laundry trolley and make several trips. When I reported that occurrence, I was assured that it wouldn't happen again and $10 credit would be taken off the next order, which did happen. However, recently after my last order was placed, I had had a sleepless night and went to unlock my gate early, it was between 6:15 ‐6:30, i was shocked to find that the box had been left outside my locked gate, on the footpath and it could have quite easily been stolen. I reported this to LNE and was assured this wouldn't happen again, but when I wanted to place my latest order, they advised me delivery times cannot be made. So, as I need to have my gates locked ovrrnight for security reasons, if a box does go missing, what happens ? And this apart from the great difficulties with which I struggle, to get the box contents to my kitchen ! Goodbye LNE !!!

Tried over days to order and apply discount.

Discount code would not work.

Called contact centre. Gave feedback about ridiculous website and discount code error.

Advised the discount code hasn’t been applied to the website following the extension. Asked for feedback to be provided to IT team. Advised that’s not my department!

You’ve only got to look at how long they take to respond to customer reviews to see they couldn’t give a rats about customer feedback.

Very Disappointed. Delivered to wrong address dirst order. Had to redeliver 2 days later. Have changed delivery time several times, very frustrated. First and last

We placed order to be delivered on tuesday 13 Jan btw 9am a 13md.Message from the company advised that the delivery was at 9.08am.This was incorrect,it was delivered to the wrong address,my wife found this out.Delivery was made to a different address across the rounc.Driver told wife the wrong address on the box.We never received it all.Contactesd company,it was going to be delived 15.Jan btw 9am and 11am.The time of delivery was changed numerous times.The last stated time was btw 12.45 and 3.45 .We have been.mucked around no end.We liive in an apartment so we have to bbe home to receive the product.The service is digraceful

VERY VERY POOR

After 255 deliveries you would think there would be some instruction for any relief driver. WRONG.
We Live at Number 2. Our delivery today was indeed delivered to an address with a number two in it, just not OURS.
We call the help centre to be told that it was delivered to an address with the Number 2 in it. After a brisk conversation re-imbursement was finally offered by THEM. No mention if compensation as this now requires us to drive to & line up at a Supermarket.
If you get good service you are lucky, until you get a poor delivery system such as Lite 'n Easy with a driver that just does not care. There is NO attention to detail, like being in the street identified on the order, and following the delivery instructions such as a Gate Code at the house number indicated.
No, our delivery was left at some random house somewhere other than ours where the gate was open and no empty boxes to collect.
Many red flags, but still no driver attention to detail, & Yes our usual driver is on a well earned holiday.

Meals are Bland

I honestly expected WAYYYY better tasting food. I was looking forward to starting Lite n' Easy, but so far in a week have found only 1 okay meal.
Meals are bland as. Delivery service is fine - but need way better options for meals that have flavour

Great food and excellent service

Great food, easy to prepare, rice when heated is like boiled rice. App could have day numbers above days for lunches and there is no where to leave a comment about the food only able to rate it. All meals I have had have been marvellous in favour and quantity. The sausages and meat balls seem a bit processed taste and not real good. I don't order any of those any more. The delivery driver i have is called Ben and he does an excellent job delivering the boxes to my house.

Mr Happy

I love the fact that there is no measuring or weighing its all done for you and the variety of food and excellent quality makes it so easy to stick to the food plan and best of all lose weight for myself that's 24kg so far and feeling great.

Very disappointed with this mornings…

Very disappointed with this mornings delivery for mine and my husbands weekly order of over$200. Our order was placed on a busy main Rd thoroughfare outside our unit complex where it could have easily been stolen. I had left clear instructions to press our working intercom and I was home to receive order which did not happen. Instead it was left on the street. Very dissatisfied and reconsidering placing future orders.

Dislike meals not arriving within a…

Dislike meals not arriving within a reasonable time of day .Recently had a 7.0pm delivery..driver was 4-5 hours late and again today have been told that driver started4'5 hours late again..another 7pm delivery coming up.Surely delivery can be managed better..Have. Plan B for unforeseen driver or truck problems..customers should not be left wondering if the meals have gone astray.

Lite and easy rocks

What did I do wrong? I made the mistake of not enjoying lite and easy a long time ago,I now know what I have been missing out on, the food is delicious and very ample, it's very hard not to eat it all at once, and as for the staff, other companies should take notice of the way the staff help you out if you have a problem, I made a mistake ordering my food, when I got in touch they tried every way to help me and it was my mistake, when you talk to them they are always polite and helpful even the delivery driver. I will definitely enjoy my future meals with lite and easy.

LOL Easy, it's painful ordering from them!

It is anything BUT Easy!
You cant just pick meals and check out. You have to pick a pack, but the largest pack that I can find is 10 meals! So it looks like we have to do 2 orders and pay 2 deliveries! You also can't just order a few desserts you have to get a pack with mains and desserts so if you are on a diet you have sweets in the house that you really shouldn't eat!
We have to order by Monday but can not get any support with this on a Sunday!
We will be looking into what other services we can get with our homecare package. This is so painful it's a joke!

Autism Spectrum Disorder

I was diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder at age 46, eight years ago, and while the diagnosis helped me make sense of many things, it was still a stressful time. Lite n’ Easy helped alleviate some of this stress. I realised my autism was what made cooking difficult for me, and being able to arrange meals with minimum effort was such a big help.

Things are going well

Things are going well. Sugarhas dropped and now under control. We are enjoying the meals. Have some favourites. Deliveries are good. Lite n' Easy makes life easier and happier. Many thanks. Staff have been so helpful with us ordering. The first 3 weeks we had to get help as we just seemed to get lost and going backwards and forwards. ( Were getting to know different staff. Ha Ha)Then Cindy(I think) sorted us out and then sent an Email of instructions for us to follow. Hurrah! All solved. Regards Terry @ Dot
