Bought a really fancy looking bed from their website ($1600) and it turned out to be plastic bedhead and basic wood panels Waited over a month for it to come in 4 different boxes and when we opened it we were shocked at the lack of quality the bed legs were basic wood planks the instructions were black and white blurry photos and not one screw or bolt was numbered or lettered
The parts weren't all there it was a shock at how bad this situation I got myself into
They say that there their 24/7 yet they dont reply to support emails or their never online when asking for help
Even after Litfad "offered" to help they didn't they just wrote a reply to my feedback to make themself look good

I originally gave them a bad review because shipping damaged my table No fault of the company I bought it from. They were very good at working with me on a replacement table. It is on its way. Probably held up at custom. Again no fault of the company Thank you 😊

Ordered a desk and waited for it to be delivered no issue, with updates as transit took place, unfortunately when the desk arrived it was damaged just to parts being scratched in transit and due to handling, I was offered replacement parts for the item which arrived in fair time.
Desk feels sterdy for a home office.

The delivery took 8 plus weeks as it comes from China. Having changed our mind, requested a return. Their charges were outrageous so it wasn't worth returning. On opening the package, the product quality was disappointing to say the least. They are offering discounts on more rubbish from them, rather than accepting the return. Now they will not stop emailing despite telling them not to. Avoid at all costs.

The quality of tiles that I received were well worth the wait. Waiting on funds to order more so I can finish the project. They kept in touch and reassured me the wait was normal. Will order from this company again, especially after the amazing discount for the second order.

What a horrendous company, I paid £1000 for an executive desk including shipping. What I received was essentially chopped up old pallet wood glued together into boards, covered in cheep veneer then all nailed together. All of the nail heads were left exposed, the colour is totally different to what was ordered and its chipped everywhere.
I have spent months and months arguing for a refund, even with me shipping the desk back to China they fobbed me off and offered a free gift. Eventually we settled on a £290 refund but it hasn't arrived. I don't suppose anyone reading this would like to buy some firewood for £1000? Its that bad, do not use!

I ordered a desk, marked down supposedly from around 500eur to 215eur. It took over three months to arrive, well beyond the appraised shipping length, and seemed to have been packaged with preexisting damage. The quality is far inferior to how the product was displayed online; I feel overall ripped off, so I do not recommend wasting time or money with this company.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! They have HORRIBLE "customer service" and LIE to you every step of the way. I paid $35.23 for "expedited" delivery (on 12/29) for a shelf that cost 42.87. Yet, the item didn't even LEAVE THE WAREHOUSE UNTIL January 18th. On January 13th I asked to cancel my order for a full refund since it hadn't shipped and they said it was "out of stock". Then it "left" the warehouse on January 19th ( I still don't believe that) and they refused to cancel my order and refund my purchase. Since then I have requested EVERY DAY a refund of my "expedited " shipping fee, and they have refused EVERY TIME! I STILL DON'T HAVE THE ORDER 30 DAYS LATER!!! THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY EVERY. Make sure you check all the reviews and the BBB if before you consider purchasing from this company!

Yes, I checked my junk mail, which is ironic, because that's where any email from your company belongs. I highly doubt you really sent an email. I hope everyone reads this review before they make a mistake of buying from you!
I APPROVE of a "partial" refund as I still wait for my order. This "partial" refund approval on my part does does NOT constitute an approval of any further action on my part pending receipt of my order.

I received my order today, 30 days after I submitted my order with "EXPEDITED" shipping. My order was damaged and I immediately informed LITFAD! I AGAIN contacted LITFAD to report the damage and to inquire about the email they POSTED TO TRUSTPILOT to inform me they were issuing a "partial" refund for their shipping fiasco. I RECEIVED NO SUCH EMAIL OR REFUND FOR THEIR SHIPPING DELAY!
LITFAD then offered 50% off for a DAMAGED ITEM, BUT NO REFUND FOR THEIR SHIPPING DELAY DESPITE THEIR TRUSTPILOT PROMISE. LITFAD LIES EVERY STEP OF THE WAY. DO NO TRUST ANYTHING THEY SAY!!!

Under no circumstances order anything from this company. Excessively long delivery time. Absolutely DREADFUL customer service. Ordered an item. Took three months to arrive. Courier partner returned item without trying deliver once because it was ‘damaged’. Over 20 email exchanges subsequently. No sign of a full refund. Blatant THEFT. Disappointed. Disgusted. Litfad is a utter disgrace.
UPDATE: offered refund in reply on here because in the public domain; separately emailed being offered all manner of rubbish (replacement - no, increasing % price reduction on another item - no, increasing each time contact is made % refund of original item ordered - no) Litfad - give me my money back. It is really just that simple.

Ho comparato una scrivania che ho ricevuto un mese dopo la data di consegna ma la cosa che mi ha fatto arrabbiare tantissimo che non è quella che vedevo nelle foto del sito. La scrivania che ho ricevuto, forse non esagero se dico, che è un foglio di compensato traballante. Dopo un scambio di email con supporto mi hanno risposto questo:
