Unsatisfactory response to my query about a defective purchase. Product has many issues which stem from poor assembly and/or manufacturing. The solution provided by Litfad staff is impossible to carry out.

Don't make my mistake

Don't make my mistake. Don't buy anything from Litfad. In February 2025 I bought a desk. After several months of deception, I received a message that my desk was missing. I still don't have the desk or a refund. As Litfad is based in Hong Kong, they wouldn't have to comply with UK law. They are cheaters.

Do NOT buy from this company

Do NOT buy from this company. I purchased two expensive dining benches at the end of 2024. After 15 months of use, nails, or some other sharp objects are poking through the leather seat making it dangerous to sit on the bench. You can't speak to anyone at Litfad, and I believe their responses are AI generated. I was told 'I damaged' the bench and therefore all they could offer me was 5% off a new purchase. Products are cheaply and dangerousy made, and customer service in non-existent. DONT BE FOOLED INTO BUYING FROM THEM.

This is the worst company.

This is the worst company.
Do not buy from them!
I ordered my product, and it arrived to me in four months later. It arrived damaged the main frame of what I ordered was broken. I provided all the proof and asked for a refund, and they keep trying to get me to take a partial refund. Even though I have provided all the proof that it is a damaged product. It arrived four months later. Just horrible experience overall and a waste of over €800.

Twin Bunks

We got our twins beds and couldn't be happier. Yes, it did take long to ship. But it was well worth the wait. This company gives you so many size options based on the square footage in your house. Let me tell you it works so well with our NYC apartment. And still allows for plenty of additional space. The customer service if any issue arise is also amazing. Please give Litfad a try. You won't be disappointed.

When we reviewed the photos you sent, our team observed that the crack appeared to be superficial and did not seem to affect the structural stability or normal use of the table. That is why we proactively offered you a significant partial refund (or additional free items) as a gesture of goodwill, hoping you might consider keeping it.

However, I want to be absolutely clear: we also offered you a free replacement with a new table. I understand from the emails that you were not willing to accept this option either, which is absolutely your right.
