Bathroom cupboard

Bathroom cupboard; order No. 1215861, took 9Wks. to come, and was found to be rubbish. Despite multiple requests, Litfad refuse to accept item for return and refund, Instead offering cheap 'Gifts'. Litfad's website depicts a Spacious Furnishing Showroom, which I suspect is far from the truth. Litfad products are not good quality. Litfad does not accept returns.DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES TRADE WITH LITFAD. MR. T. A. BESWICK

Bought one product and received another

I bought the shoe storage on 31 August 2025. I went to Brazil in October and the porter received the box for me. I came back on the 13 of January and I would find someone to put it together. What a disappointment. I did not buy this ugly shoe storage , I bought the white one. 
Took so long to deliver and send the wrong one. 
The company insisted that I bought the horrible one. Like if I am a stupid person.
Really disappointed, be carefully with this company.

PS. The answer bellow is not true. I try to access the link I used to buy the product and it it is not available anymore. As I said I knew what I bought

Awful

Awful, flimsy product (a desk). With assembly, screws don’t stand up to the job. Drawers also flimsy and fall down at an angle once opened and won’t take much weight in them.
As others have said it took ages to arrive. Online responses to enquiries during the process were actually polite and efficient so I was encouraged for a while. Should have read the reviews before purchasing. Will now replace with a local purchase to cut my losses and get what I want.

Scam scam scam

Scam scam scam - 3 months for a box (opened) of broken bits of cabinet to arrive. I wished I could give it zero. Basically scammed out of a £230.00. 
I ordered a small side board and it took over 3 MONTHS to finally arrive. 
PLEASE read their terms before ordering. 
This was a heavy piece ( well about 100 pieces ) of furniture. 
You will be liable for the cost to return it to China - and still won't be refunded the full cost of the item. 
The website looks all shiny and fancy and what I received was a pile of c**p in an opened torn box. After reporting it as soon as it arrived ( I couldn't reject it as they would keep 60% of the value of the item and the delivery people wouldn't take it ) their customer service was ZERO. 
No response, then delay tactics then no response, which went on for months. Awful company that caused so much stress. Don't waste your money and don't be conned into buying absolute rejects of items. BE WARNED. It's ALL shipped / processed from China, hence why it took so long, therefore you have NO rights under UK consumer law. I took legal advice and there's no redress, so you will not be able to enforce the UK court judgment anyway, after spending so much money taking action.

Horrible product and even worse…

Update: While the response to my review sounded like the company was going to follow through on the refund and commitment to making this right, it took me another full two weeks of back and forth before getting a SMALL refund for the two bookcases I purchased. They continued to argue with me about why I don't deserve a full refund and that the product was good enough to use. Regardless of whether it was "usable" or not, IT WAS DAMAGED! Completely in disbelief at the way they handled this and then portrayed themselves as caring about doing the right thing.

Horrible product and even worse customer experience. I ordered two bookcases from Litfad, which took 3 months to arrive. There was no communication about the delay and they kept telling me to just be patient when I inquired. They finally started offering me partial refunds for my wait and then, when the product was delivered, rescinded the offer. Upon opening the boxes, there were multiple scratches and dents in the product which was incredibly frustrating after waiting for so long. I contacted them and, after almost 2 weeks of back and forth where they kept asking me to send more and more photos, they told me that upon review it doesn't change the usability of the product. Completely unacceptable and I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. They have unethical practices and don't care at all about the quality of their product.

Poor quality and customer service

Table took 3 month to arrive and the quality was poor. In addition there was damage. I am still trying to return the goods but customer service is clearly an AI Bot which churns out the same answer every time.

I have now had a full refund but it has taken a long time and a lot of emails to get it.

Absolutely disgusting company,I placed…

Absolutely disgusting company,I placed an order with them it took over 10 weeks to arrive,the packaging was so badly damaged and the order was useless,I contacted them the same day sent photos and videos and explained to them I wanted a full refund? It caused me so much stress it was like getting blood out of a stone,in one of my emails to them I was told to stop arguing OK? Unbelievable or what!!! Stay well away that’s my advice
