I've purchased several of litheli tools and have had zero problems with either the tools or their batteries. On one of my orders, the brushless drill, the charging cord was not in the box that the battery comes in. I contacted litheli and they immediately sent me a charging cord. I didn't really need the cord, I just wanted to see if they would respond and they did.
I tried contacting Litheli's customer service and no one ever answered. I left a message requesting someone call me over a week ago and no one has called me.
Stay away from this scam don't buy they shite products with scam guarantee.
Glad I bought through Amazon and manage to get money back after few weeks.
No answer from them since received the return and signed it scammers avoid!!!!!
I love I don't need gas,and no pull start. Keep it charged and go. Just store it in the shed to keep moisture out
UPDATE on the report below…. I kept hounding them, refusing to accept no for an answer and threatening to complain to Govt. After weeks of back and forth on email they agreed to take it back but wanted me to pay to ship it to US. Pushed back in that too because it was a quality issue (did not work as advertised) and they finally agreed to send a prepaid label and refund full. It was painful and long but in the end they did the right thing
RETURN POLICY HAS FINE PRINT THAT SAYS SALES ARE FINAL. Bought eWagon W2 Pro, Advertised as having "All-Terrain Off-Road Wheels". Says "this cart glides over sand, dirt, or pavement.." DOES NOT work on sand. Wheels just spin and dig in. Didn't get 10 feet from start. Requested refund for non-performance. Paid $475 on sale. Litheli's response "Sorry, no refund on sale products. We can offer you $30." BEWARE, all their products are almost always "on sale". The "RETURNS" section of website does not mention this. You have to scroll down past "REFUNDS" past "LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS" past "ORDER CANCELLATION" to "SALE ITEMS". Under this is says no refund on sale items. Return Policy is B.S.
I have five 40 volt Litheli tools. 2 chain saws - 2 pole saws and a grass trimmer. I have had problems with all five. The chain saws have a very short life. Now one chain saw doesn't work. The pole saws work intermittently. Now after using the grass trimmer, the spools that came with the grass trimmer are defective because a weak springs. Now they say they have discontinued making the spools and there are no aftermarket spools available. Because of the weak spring AFTER PUTTING NEW LINE in the spool, the first time you turn it on it ALL SHOOTS OUT. I HAVE A $175 GRASS TRIMMER THAT IS TOTALLY USELESS. DON'T BUY ANY THING FROM LITHELI.

I jumped at a special offer. I paid immediately via PayPal. Less than a day later, I received an email. "Order Litheli5385EU has been canceled at your request..." I did NOT cancel. I can only recommend not buying from Litheli!

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at litheli.com. I placed an order and was surprised to receive an email stating that it had been canceled "at my request" – even though I never requested a cancellation.
To make matters worse, I have not yet received a refund. No explanation, no apology, just a canceled order and missing money. This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable.
I can no longer trust this store. Avoid if you value transparency and reliability. Very disappointing and clearly unserious.
I bought a battery operated lawnmower and used it a couple of times and it worked great. The last time I used it, I bumped into something that it couldn’t handle and it ejected the batteries as it was supposed to do, or so I thought. One battery was ejected and loose in the battery compartment while the other one had wedged itself into its compartment and would not come out or go back in, thus making the mower unusable. I called their customer service number and was told to “turn the mower upside down”, which I did thinking we were going to try to go into the battery compartment to dislodge the battery. When I said it was upside down, the representative asked me if it had fallen out. It had not as it was (and still is) wedged into the compartment. When I said no, she told me to email them at their service address and they’d send me “another one”. I wasn’t sure what she was saying they’d send but then she said new mower. Given the fact it was brand new, I opted to send it back to Amazon and order a replacement as I had no faith that she knew what she was talking about. Love the machine but can see that customer service isn’t their strong suit.
I bought the cordless compact lawnmower. It is a useless lump of plastic disguised as a lawnmower. The power pack takes 18 hrs to charge and doesn't hold enough charge to mow my tiny lawn. It continuously cut out and will not work on anything but the highest setting. IT IS A TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY. DO NOT BUY IT. it would be quicker to cut the grass with a pair of nail scissors.
Worst company to buy any product from as this is a scam company and makes worst products. Please buy from lows or Menards and you will have better luck.
Bought a Litheli pole saw. Battery could not be charged. Registered the product with Litheli and reported the issue. No response from Litheli to date. My advice us to avoid these products.
We bought a festival trolley from this company (via a popular online company whose name starts with A and ends in N). I left a review and commented about one aspect of the purchase. The company immediately reached out to me (which was completely unexpected). I just have to say the customer service was BRILLIANT. They certainly deserve a 10 out of 10 for the customer care I received thus far 👍 Thank you
One needs to be absolutely certain of the details of their order. I ordered a 20v paint sprayer. Took 2 weeks to arrive. No battery included, and I had my car taped up. My bad. Ordered the battery. Another 2 weeks to arrive. No cord or charger to charge the battery. So now I have to place a 3rd order to receive a charger for the 2nd order of the battery belonging to the 1st order of the sprayer. Was not happy. However, instead of returning everything, Customer Service reached out to me and discounted the battery charger. Understandably, It was what they could do besides accept a return. And I have to assume some responsibility to it all. I'm happy enough. Word of caution, what you see, is ALL you get. Make certain you have all the necessary parts. Update- received the charger for the battery for the sprayer and hooked it up. Litheli emailed me again with further instructions as how to assist maintaining the battery life. Yep, I had the battery hooked up for 2 days now. Not supposed to do that. Hit them up for another star because they didn't have to inform me individually of that. Read the fine print, right to find out all this stuff. I appreciate Litheli's efforts and am glad to feel like this again.
