Got my battery in 5 days and it works great. Been on 2 trips.

Quick delivery. Awesome power.

I purchased the full kit 105 AH 48 V for my 2015 Cub Car Villager (Precedent) golf cart. I didn’t realize before hand that there is a metal support sticking up about 3” when the 6-8 volt batteries are removed. You have to build the floor up for the Li-Time battery to sit over this support. This made the battery tie down kit unusable. Also the phone app really makes the battery meter a not needed extra IMO.

Ordered the 12v 100ah Smart Mini. Packaging was solid and battery arrived unscathed. Works fine and passed all my normal battery testing. Very nice battery (hence the 4 stars) However, the app allows very little in information. It would rather I "use badges" like a little child than tune the battery for my specific use case. I didn't buy the battery so I could "join the club" of adolescent children who play with their battery app by showing all their friends their "badges." Almost as if it's normal purchaser is some 10yo kid. Because of the little value in the BT monitoring app, I would recommend you buy the battery with zero "Smart" functions since you don't get much in the way of tunability. Many of the other battery sellers including many DIY folks have vast ability to tune their battery via the BMS settings and even the powerstation guys like Ecoflow and Bluetti provide much more tailorability to suit your use cases than LiTime. Great Battery, Poor App.

Everything went well for the most part. When I ordered the battery, I forgot to select the option including the charger. I called the help # and got a quick reply. They said I couldn't change my order and had to order charger separately, which I did. I could have saved a couple bucks I think if I had the battery and charger package. It all worked out and received both packages the same day.

Charger arrived quickly but the battery took 2 weeks. Not a big fan of the Bluetooth. I took my boat out today. My Garmin depth finder and livescope is hooked up to the litime 16v battery. No power and couldn’t get Bluetooth to work and turn on battery. When I got home I had to plug it up to the charger to get it linked up and working correctly. I’m glad I was just spending time with my daughter fishing and not in a tournament.

I ordered the wrong battery for my boat, so I called. The person on the phone was extremely helpful. I am now waiting on my return slip to return it. I also went to the help chat and asked what battery would be best for my situation. They were extremely forthcoming as I had 2 options. I could get 3 12volt batteries or 1 36volt 50amp battery. Even though they would have made more money by selling me the 3 batteries they recommend the one 36volt. I am excited to get it and use it with my new trolling motor!

I ordered a trolling motor battery and a charger and both items arrived writhing 3 days of ordering. The site was very easy to navigate and placing the order was simple!

Really surprised with how fast it arrived. Packaging was fantastic. Product was very well protected. Haven’t used the battery as of yet but I do like the ability to monitor battery status via the app. Will most definitely purchase from them again.

Battery came fast and well packaged. I have not tried to connect to Bluetooth yet as I ordered a charger from Minnkota and that’s still coming

The ordering process was easy and the delivery was very fast. Customer service was quick to respond to my questions regarding my inverter/charger setting for the battery. I have only had the battery installed for a short time but all seems well so far.

Very fast and efficient delivery product in great condition upon arrival. Have not tried product yet.

Don't Buy You Will Not Have Support
I have buied two 100Ah 24v batteries,
After haveing problems with one of them.
I have written to the support many times.
They answer with automatic messages but dont resolve anything.
Don't buy you will not have support.

Had what I needed was shipped quickly and arrived earlier than expected! Great prices, warranty, and equipment!

Wrote email to LiTime seeking advise on a product. Received response and had one more back a forth exchange with customer service.
Based upon their recommendation I ordered a battery and charger. A day later was contacted by customer service saying that the recommendation was wrong and was provided by AI.
Battery and charger had already shipped so they said they’ll provide return shipping and then return my money but despite two requests for shipping labels the have not provided.
