I never received my order

I never received my order, they don't even carry it and they don't even have it on stock. I tried several times to reach them but never heard back, and I never received a refund. I would not recommend them, they don't even have a business phone number on file. Beware buyer, I'm also going to upload the photos of my order and details w/ BBB, since they're still selling this product although isn't available.

They do not honor their warranty

This is the second email exchange I have had with Litom. Even though I registered their product with them and received an extended warranty. They still claim Amazon has to give the funds. Please see the string of communications below.

We are sorry to hear that Amazon didn't help you, but please kindly note that Amazon holds our money and never send this payment to us since they blocked our account.

So Amazon has the money on our account and they should help our customer refund once there is an issue with our items.

You could continue to ask Amazon to help you arrange the full refund as our other customers ask them for the refund successfully. And then you could keep the money to place a new package, right?

Amazon must help our customers to solve the issue as they blocked our account and never send the payment to us, and we can't sell this item on our store anymore, so there is no inventory to help you reship too.

Order not FULLFILLED

I ordered 4 footpath lights and 8 fence lights, the order came in 2 deliveries, one with the 4 fence lights, but the other one had only 4 fence lights and not 8, I have sent 3 emails to these people yet had no answer, to let them know they still owe me another 4 fence lights, they seem to take the money ok but when it comes to problems they don't want to know!
So far - a terrible service

Bought 2 LITOM Motion Sensor IP67…

Bought 2 LITOM Motion Sensor IP67 Waterproof Solar Powered Outdoor Spot Lights 12 months ago via Amazon and I registered the purchase with LITOM and they extended the warranty to 2 years. The lights stopped working about 3 weeks ago and I have emailed LITOM customer services twice and used the contact facility on their website but I have received no reply. What is the point of giving customers an extended warranty if you won't reply to requests for support. Foolishly I assumed LITOM would honour the warranty and I ordered four more lights for other areas of the garden. This time I ordered direct from the LITOM website, they took payment, emailed me an order confirmation and that is the last I have heard. I have not received the lights and LITOM have my money - APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!

Litom.com Takes your money, Doesn’t send order!

I placed two orders at Litom.com. for solar lights.They immediately took the money from my card and sent two email confirmations. I noticed No shipping dates, etc.
A few days later they emailed me saying it was out of stock. I requested my money back. I get no replies after several attempts of contact. They only supply an email.
They only send sales promotions to my email now.
A Rip Off “company”. Beware! They take your money and send no products!

UPDATE:
After reporting this on Trustpilot, Litom answered all my prior emails within a few hours, and refunded my money within a week.
