I ordered alcohol wipes and sent a tracking number. The tracking said it was delivered but never received the wipes. I called my credit card company and they took care of it.

SCAM SCAM SCAM.. they only take paypal then ignore your emails and give fake tracking numbers! STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!

This company is a scan. DO NOT place any orders. They do not send you a confirmation of the order and then when you inquire they are shipping something different (masks). My original order was for wipes and a 5-10 day delivery. When I tried to cancel the order of masks they said that they already shipped the order and I would receive the order in 35 working days (yes - 7 weeks). And, the product comes from China. It shows contact location of Florida and a billing of UK and
it is shipping from China. SCAM!!!!!!

In my experience I did not realize the product was being shipped from China. When I asked for information after several weeks of waiting I was only told to be patient and that they would look into it. After a month the product came. The outer wrapping was normal, but when I opened it I was surprised. The box appeared to have been ripped and taped sloppily. The order I placed was for 9 1/2 women's size shoes. What I received appear to be size 6 women's or a child's size. There is no sizing tag on the shoe and no order form in the packing. I would NOT recommend this site to anyone.

Same experience. Expected to be here by Christmas and then, a month, almost two later and it’s still “being processed through the facility.” Completely unacceptable!

I wish I could mark no stars. This company is the absolute worst. I ordered gifts weeks before Christmas and guaranteed delivery by the holiday. It is now a month later and I’ve received nothing. I contacted them and received an auto response that was so poorly translated I could barely understand it and absolutely no help at all. Still waiting... $150 down the drain.

If I could give them negative stars I would. I ordered a product for my wife as a christmas present. 3-5 days "VIP" shipping.. It showed up a month later, and it wasnt what I ordered. After a week of waiting for a response They offered to give me a 20% discount on future orders, no refund, and no correction of order. REALLY?? I guess 100% satisfaction and 24/7 customer service means something different from a company located in China with an Apartment address in Florida. Definitely do not do business with them. You will get more enjoyment flushing your money down a toilet and watching it spin. BBB Complaint is in processing

Bait and switch. Did not get what I ordered! Would not make good and customer service is nonexistent! DO NOT BUY FROM LITSOGO!
