Have ordered a screen protector for my Note 20 Ultra, a gel one. Product quality is under any critics, film is not transparent and has some impurities. Taking in consideration product price >>10£, I consider such issue unacceptable. Product support just answered "f.y." in a polite manner, saying that the film wasn't applied correctly, while it is clearly seen in the pcs that problem is with the product.
PS: I write this comment after receiving your reply which is similar with the one I have recieved by email. I do really regret that I can't attach some pictures to this review, so everybody can see what do you call human factor! Only a blind person can say like this, You can clearly see in the picture that there are issues with the film transparency, and it is nothing to do with the human factor as you are trying to insinuate.
!!!Strong advise to everybody not to by from this seller! A complete SCAM! High price and No responsibility for the product quality!

I recently bought a protective cover for my iPhone as I work on site and it's always being knocked about. The product was just what I wanted, solid and robust enough to withstand the rigors of work. Unfortunately not the advanced trauma of my 2 year old grandson who managed to break the glass. Once again the professional assistance I receive very quickly saw a replacement screen (along with a couple of spares) arrive.

Scammers this is the second time I'm getting caught and it with this so call little everyday things I ordered a phone case for my galaxy s10 they took my money messed up my address and marked it as delivered and it never showed up at my house they website needs to be taken down Immediately it needs to be shut down immediately cause these people are robbing people

See these people are scammers like I said they are unresponsive and like you guys from trustpilot said involve the police if I feel it's a scamm that's what I feel and it's what I'm going to do don't let them come on here and fool you with their reply because they are unresponsive via email

Had a small glitch but Lucy at customer services sorted the small problem out with no-fuss quickly and efficiently. Good communication from Lucy keeping me up to date with delivery of items. Worst and untrustworthy online shopping I have seen ever 🤮
I ordered a iPhone glass protector about 10 days ago they take money I haven’t hear nothing else from the company. No conformation email nothing even I emailed the merchant they didn’t get back to me it’s look like such scammers

Looks like a UK company, is only dropshipping. Made my order from a UK company to be sure to get the goods in time for christmas. It has still not arrived, and tracking nr says it is in Shanghai. It is very, very close to a scam. The same goods can be bought from other Chinese sites for about 1/5. Totally unacceptable. I do not understand why they are allowed to be in business.

I’ve bought several of the lanyard phone cases, in different colours. They are brilliant. I was always losing my phone but now it’s attached to me all day, no more lost phone. Apart from being so useful it is very well made and sturdy.
100% recommend this.

The screen saver I ordered is, in my opinion, much better than prior store bought (and, yes, my screen cracked with the old one).
