Avoid this company. Not British, actually based in Austria and selling cheap shoddy goods from China. I reluctantly accepted 50% refund (less postage) rather than pay international shipping g costs to return the goods. Absolute scam, just wish I’d checked the reviews first but it’s a lesson learned!

I ordered some animal themed building blocks because they looked really good on the website. Firstly they took several weeks to arrive and then given the box design they are clearly from China. Plastered across the box was the warning: 'not suitable for under 36 months' despite the website depicting babies playing with this item! As it was a present for a 1 year old I was a bit embarrassed to hand it over.
The quality of the product was not brilliant and I strongly suspect that it won't be particularly robust. Time will tell.
I would not recommend this product or the company.

Delivery took ages and no instructions with this product. It’s a baby door swing so ridiculous to try and guess as it would be completely unsafe. I have emailed the company but no response.

Ps I have just spoken to my son about this product- it was delivered direct to him. Not only were there no instructions but there isn’t an attachment to fit on a door!! Happily he is a product designer so could work this out! Absolutely abysmal. Definitely AVOID

I wish I’d read the reviews before ordering. Still haven’t actually received the delivery (it’s currently with Evri but delayed with them, and we all know how awful Evri are, so wouldn’t be surprised if we never see the item delivered!) but I would highly recommend you DONT USE THIS COMPANY. Looks legitimate on the website and you have no option other than to pay a fairly hefty delivery fee, so you think you’ll get it within a couple of days. How wrong you’ll be! 2 weeks later… nothing! Similar items on other supplier websites, use them instead!!!!

My grandson loves the BBQ it’s real fun and keeps him quiet. Fast delivery service too

We ordered seek and splash underwater diving set and the ads showed pieces that were quite large. We received a bag of cheap gems which were absolutely tiny and dangerous for little children. Asked for a refund to find they are not in the UK at all, they are in Austria and want you to pay for shipping back. Absolute scam, would not recommend at all. Steer well clear and buy somewhere else.

Awful company! Do not buy from them. Cheap nasty rubbish toys. They don't honour full refunds unless you pay postage to Austria! They offer 50% refund, but don't pay the full 50%!!

Avoid this company. Cheap products from China. Delivery takes weeks. Mine faulty. Have to pay postage to Austria to return which is £8.50 at my expense even though item unusable. Or a 30% refund. Waiting on that. Won't use again.

Too long to deliver items. Can't comment on items as still waiting for delivery. Wish I'd been notified before placing order as its a birthday present and not going to arrive in time. Hope the quality of item is worth the wait. Probably won't order from here again.

Purchased some items from them. 2 out of 3 didn't work at all and had broken parts too. The 3rd was the same as one of the faulty ones and quality was very poor and not worth more that £2.
They said that they would only offer a refund if I paid the postage (To Austria), then they would consider it. I told them that this is appalling and does not meet trading standards.
They then offered 30% refund, which I refused as why would I want a faulty toy at any price.
They again told me that I should return them at my cost for a refund. (Not acceptable, and would the refund come anyway?)
Going to trading standards, and will try my Credit Card for a Charge back!.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
I was cheated out of £20 … bought an inflatable armchair, waited ages to get it and when it arrived, one of the inflatable balloons that fit in the arm didn’t inflate. Any ‘decent’ company would apologise, offer to replace or refund BUT this company expect you to pay postage back to AUSTRIA first! Please don’t waste your hard earned cash and buy from a reputable company.

I have to admit I was worried after seeing the reviews. My experience has been totally different. The items I ordered are really good. The boxes are a little damaged but that's nothing really. They arrived on time and I had to contact customer support. They answered on the next working day. I would use them again.

Ordered te box of wooden baby Toys, they arrived quite quickly packaged without plastic and the items were lovely. So will definitely have a look at ordering from their website in future.

I ordered the little BBQ for my 4yr old granddaughter and she was thrilled with it brilliant realistic sound and steam amazing

Unfortunately I was taken in buy the amazing website, waited ages for the flower garden to arrive, and it is absolute junk, nothing like the website, I will contact trading standards, the item says 3÷, there is no way I would give it to my granddaughter to play with, it is a choking hazard even for a 3 year old, who occasionally puts things in her mouth.
If I could give no stars I would.

The item in the photos was far superior to the junk they sent. Complained and requested a refund but they said I would have to pay for my own postage to send it to Austria!

Complete rip off, reluctantly settled for a 30% refund but terrible company and it is quite frankly fraudulent to misrepresent items this way. It’s like buying a Rolls Royce and they send you a Fiesta. Be warned, you will regret ordering from them.

Please DO NOT USE this website for the safety of your children. I ordered a rotating tower, 9 stack high. I have received the item today in a tattered box, in a cheap grey plastic bag. It is small and very cheap so the photograph on the website is false. The balls are equally as small, yet look bigger than the child's hand in the photograph. On the top right hand corner there is a 3+ Months symbol but on the side of the box there is a small text box saying NOT SUITABLE for children under 3 years as choking hazard !! yes the balls !! All I can say is all the 5* reviews are an insult and rather worrying. Fortunately I discovered immediately after placing my order that the website is fake. There is an address in Austria for returns which no one is going to use. The goods come from China. And they look like they come from China. Cheap unsafe toy. The website defines as a group of young Mums wanting high quality development toys for their children so they started this company. Nonsense, its an outlet in China.
After I placed the order I received an email full of emojis saying they were not going to dispatch my item as I had earned a £5.29 reward and free delivery off another item if I added it to the order. It was so cheap and unprofessional. And it was this email that set the alarm bells ringing.
My main concern is the safety issue. I will never let my grandson play with this and I hope this review reaches out to save others from the potential risks.

Do not use. The products that they sent were sub optimal and one wasn’t even what was ordered. When asked how to send this back and receive what was ordered they said the item that they had sent in error had to be returned at my expense. Return address of course is not the UK despite this looking like your purchasing from a UK website.
