What a fantastic place

What a fantastic place! There's so much choice to explore, and you don't feel pressured at all by the staff. They knew exactly when to step in and when to let you be. We visited last week with a Bugaboo in mind, we ended up purchasing an Inglesina Pushchair, a brand we hadn't even heard of before, so it was exciting to see something new. They blow Bugaboo out of the water (and I was a huge Bugaboo fan).

Jade served us; she has excellent product knowledge and made the whole experience feel special.

We definitely come back to purchase more soon!

DO NOT BUT FROM THIS COMPANY!! They advertise products that they do not have in stock and is also not theirs it is another company they give you delivery date but your item will not come 4 months still waiting for my order I have taken things further to get this company reported please do not waist your money and time they need to be stopped! If you know anyone with baby tell them stay well away from this site little angels

Placed order on 8th March for delivery…

Placed order on 8th March for delivery on 28th March no order arrived no contact from them to tell me it was delayed, I've emailed multiple times I either get ignored or to be told the delivery is due in "next week" keep getting fobbed off have requested a refund and now been ignored. Wish I had read previous reviews will not be ordering from them again. AVOID!!!

Went in with my friend October 2022 to…

Went in with my friend October 2022 to grab a double pushchair as hers was far too large, we both made it extremely clear we needed it to be able to have a toddler and an 8 month old in, needed to fold compact and be stable.

Was sold the Hauck Atlantic pushchair, wasn’t emailed a receipt like we had asked, low and behold it doesn’t fold flat and it now broken 5 months later. So now we’re stuck with a pushchair that we’ve forked out £425 for that’s no use at all to anyone. Contacted them for a receipt even showed them proof of payment to get this from them and they had refused so we can’t even send it back to the manufacturers.

The woman who sold us this pushchair also tried selling us a car seat unsuitable for the 8 month old….. all because I had stated I didn’t want to spend silly money on a car seat…. I never stated a clear budget but she still tried selling me one that was forward facing and something a 3 year old would go in. When I questioned why she tried selling me an incorrect car seat I was told because I don’t have the money for the other car seats (again hadn’t stated a budget)……. Would rather go to the more expensive shops and get something you ask for that’s fit for purpose

Total scam - Do not buy from here

Total scam. Please do not order from this site. I ordered a dress for my daughter and I received it with wholes in it. I've tried multiple times to contact their customer service email, and am getting very unprofessional responses. Even after sending pictures of the damaged product, they seem to not want to refund or exchange. At this point, I would take a new dress (that is not damaged).

I bought a pram bundle in store for my daughter. The staff were brilliant informative and spent time explaining everything without rushing us, great selection at great prices. My order had to be shipped, and when a problem was encountered it was dealt with it quickly. So impressed with the customer service, quality and prices, if I could give them more stars I would!

Bought baby push chair online from…

Bought baby push chair online from Little Angels.
Item took a while to arrive in stock but we were aware that item could take some time to arrive. costumer service always communicating and updating about order.
Little Angels arrange delivery with Parcel force that completely messed up delivery dates.
Pushchair returned to Little Angels and they arrange a next day delivery with DHP.
Overall good experience as Costumer Service was always prompt to reply emails and communicating with us!
Little Angels even over 10% discount to apologise for the delays!

Poor customer service

I ordered 2 items to use as part of outdoor play for a reception class. My bank account was debited & I received an email advising delivery would be approximately 7th February 2023. After a week I contacted the company who apologised for the delay & items would be delivered early the following week. Almost a week later I still didn’t receive an email advising of expected delivery. A further 3 emails ignored, phone calls not answered - the message stating ‘due to high volume of calls.’ I had to contact my bank to advise goods not arrived but account debited. Learn from my experience & don’t buy from this company, I wish I’d read reviews before I ordered! The items I needed were ordered yesterday from Amazon & delivered today so lesson learnt for me.

Thanks to Mrs. Dee for going above and beyond with helping me with my kids. I would recommend everyone to take their kids there to Little Angels child development center they really treat you like family and make myself and my kids feel right at home I love it great experience at Little angels

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Ordered a Maxi cosi car seat from this company a couple of months ago, they didn’t have the one I selected so they asked if I would accept a different style, which was fine. I had my baby 2 weeks ago so the car seat has rarely been used, the handle on it snapped in 2 right down the middle, luckily I wasn’t carrying anything in my other hand and was able to quickly catch the base before my new born baby crashed the floor. After complaining and raising this issue with the company they said they could give me a refund or send a new seat out. I agreed to a new car seat. This was delivered 2 days later, the new car seat had a crack down the middle of the handle, which I’m guessing the other also had but with it being brand new I didn’t think to check for cracks. The customer service was terrible, I advised this version on the car seat needs to be re called. Which they ignored. Absolute danger to babies. Do not order the Pebble Pro

This is my favourite online store for boys. I love baby blue , and for boys age 3/4 all main shops seem to sell jeans but these have lovely outfits and so many people comment. Deliveries quick and I’ve always had pretty quick responses. Keep up the good work 👍🏻

Little Angels - supportive, attentive and available

Little Angels act as a wholesaler for lots of brands. One being Tutti Bambini (I have 2 other reviews about them…!) and we have had no end of issues on the order. However, Little Angels have been available, attentive and supportive in trying to resolve things. Ultimately I need furniture returned (to tutti bambini) as the quality is shocking and a refund (from Little Angels). While I haven’t got this sorted yet - they’ve been on the phone and email; reassuring, patient and kind which goes a long way.

They left us high and dry!!!!

They are not professional nor they are a proper company.
I ordered my item costing £1099 icandy system as a gift being delivered to another address. I entered my billing details and delivery address all correct. The order went through fine got a estimated delivery date payment was authorised by by card and they even took the money. When the delivery date passed I chased and was sent the email attached.

Not only they had taken the funds form my credit card they were asking me pictures of it. Then after calling then i did send this and further demands started.

So get this they wanted me to call my bank ask them to approve delivery to the address - they will then call the bank and confirm approval. While sage has authorised the payment and they happily took this form my card. JOKERS!!!!

In my 30 years of shopping I have NEVER heard of this or had to do this before on any purchase of any amount.

I asked for a refund as no way i am getting an item from cowboys - can you imagine the after sales service!!!!

Once refund is processed I will be cancelling my card as they have the image of this causing me more work

but wait i get an email from their marketing manger telling me how i should call my bank and proceed with the order it will take 10min.

Got desperate for the sale i guess - told him to refund.

I rather buy from a proper well known store and not be accused of fraud. I mean can you imagine the after sales service.

You will pay the same price elsewhere but with better service so avoid this small town company with unprofessionals staff.

Honest review for icandy lime pram I…

Honest review for icandy lime pram I purchased. Had many problems firstly car seat adapters which were replaced and then the chasis did not fold. Very stressful to return and get a refund but in the end it got done through a PayPal dispute. 20 phone calls and many emails I realised I was getting nowhere and running out of time before my little one arrived. The dpd driver who collected the pram was incompetent did not give me my receipt lucky I asked 3 times then he told me to take a picture of it as it were on his phone and he didn't want to go back to the van to get it. He didn't even apply the returns label and left my return at the depot. I had to call little angels prams ask daily have you received my pram back. Then I explained the dpd driver was acting a fool and sent over the pictures I had taken then they investigated to find it was still at my local depot. Absolutel joke.

Prices on the site are cheap for a reason.. as my parents say buy cheap buy twice..
Save yourself the trouble and buy direct from the company who makes the item it will save you time and hassle.

I ordered my daughter a new stroller as…

I ordered my daughter a new stroller as she’s way too big for her current pram! Estimated delivery was on the 24/11/2020 and it’s now the 2/12/2020 and I have no pram! I’ve rang so many times just to be told “someone will call you back” which has happened once! I understand everywhere is extremely busy around this time of year but I’m not getting anywhere with silver cross or Little Angels Prams! However the staff are lovely when you talk to them. Just a shame I don’t have my stroller yet:(

Missing piece

I had a bugaboo fox pram which was missing a piece. Initial contact was very helpful and I spoke with Laura their assistant manager who was fantastic. I believe she fell ill and then communication became poor- a few emails were not responded to and a voicemail was not followed up on. But in the end they did contact bugaboo after I chased them every week for a month, and bugaboo sent me a replacement part. I am sure that things Have been difficult for them throughout the pandemic and with staff members falling ill, and in general I am pleased with the pram and the service received, albeit tardy.

I have had a great experience…

I have had a great experience purchasing my pram online from this store. Communication from staff has been excellent and I found them to be very helpful. With the baby due shortly they made an extra effort to supply me with my order in time. Thank you again!
