I placed an order on 3th August and chased twice a week later, as I am due any day now. I didn’t hear back at all.
Today is the 19th and I’ve just received it. The items are as expected, so I am pleased with that aspect, but the long timeframe and lack of response needs to be taken into consideration. A reply would have put my mind at ease, but I didn’t get a response at all, not even a week later. Disappointing service which lets the brand down altogether.
So so unprofessional- lies about responding to my messages when they haven’t. Told me after 2 weeks that the item was out of stock then after another week said they’d refund me which still took days. Ended up manually refunding me to my PayPal but didn't even bother to reply to my message. So incredibly unprofessional do not shop here
Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. I ordered some accessories for my baby’s room, but the order was not completed before I went on holiday. I asked the seller to keep my order until I returned, and she agreed.
Since January, I have sent multiple messages asking for an update, but I have received neither a reply nor my order. The complete lack of communication and professionalism has been extremely frustrating. I cannot recommend this seller based on my experience.
I ordered this item 10 days ago and haven't received the item. I emailed 5 days ago, 3 days ago and today and have heard absolutely nothing back - really poor customer service and no idea if I'll get the item at this point
