Missing items

After receiving my order in two parts I noticed I was missing a figure. I reached out to customer support where they told me there is no proof that I haven’t received it as I couldn’t provide an unboxing video of me opening them. They said they’d escalate this to the warehouse team as from their end they had sent it. It has been three weeks and I still haven’t had any answers, offers of a refund or to re send what I had ordered. There seems to be no willingness to help resolve the issue.

If you are looking to expand your LEGO…

If you are looking to expand your LEGO universe, Little Block Shop is the place where you can find all kinds of personalized exclusive bricks and figurines but also many accessories and dioramas (MOC). For the part, I have bought here 3 times and there is even a gift when you collect several items. Purchases are well protected for shipping. The prices of the toys are reasonable just like that of the delivery and you will receive all this quickly. I am fully satisfied with what I searched and found at Little Block Shop so do not hesitate any longer and you too customize your LEGO constructions and universes at any age.
