Thank you for your feedback and I’m sorry to hear you feel my service deserves only 1 star. I'd just like to clarify that, as stated on my website, all items are handmade by myself to order and processing times are 2-10 working days. Your order was for one vinyl label. When I emailed you about your personalisation that was missing from your order, you provided three different options. I explained that as only one label had been purchased, only one personalisation could be included and additional labels would need to be ordered if you required more. I also offered to cancel the order if you preferred, which you confirmed, and I processed the cancellation straight away. I always strive to provide a smooth and friendly service and I’m sorry this experience didn’t reflect that for you.
