Frost Burned Meat, Missing Primal Cuts, Wrong Pigs

We paid Little Butcher Shop (Steve Ferris, Sagle, ID) to process our Mangalitsa
pigs. The pigs were slaughtered, but we did not receive our animal back, and we were not given all of our meat. There was no tagging, identification, or chain-of-custody documentation provided for our animal. Instead, we were given freezer-burned substituted meat and no primal cuts (no hams, no tenderloins, etc.) no head no feet as per instructions packaged for 1 to 6 people when asked for 2. We were charged for smoking, but were told afterward that Mangalitsa pigs don’t make hams. There was no way for us as customers to verify that the meat we received was from our animal. We are currently seeking a refund through formal complaint channels. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this business.
