We contracted The Little Conservatory Company (TLCC) to design and build a quiet snug overlooking the garden. TLCC's 3-step process works and from start to finish, the customer service was excellent. Every tradesperson who worked on the project was professional and courteous. The project ran to time and budget. We are delighted with the build and look forward to spending many hours in our new space.

SOoo pleased with the job of putting in a small window into an en suite bathroom - technically difficult due to the house having external wall insulation, so the team created the opening from the inside; they matched the window perfectly with the other windows in the house; made good and cleaned up. The one storey extension in Cotswold stone was excellent. From the design process, through to planning permission, implementation and finish I can recommend this company unreservedly. They are total professionals with excellent customer care.

Aside from a couple of instances with start times/miscommunication, I have had a positive experience with LCC, from the quotation stage, to the measuring up, fitting and painting. All the workers involved were genial and knowledgeable and there seemed to be a good rapport. Simon was the key builder on the project and his workmanship was excellent; he was warm and friendly, worked hard with very few breaks, and ensured the space was left tidy at the end of each day. He went the extra mile to help/give advice on other aspects of my french doors/glass roof, which was hugely appreciated. The decorators finished off the job very neatly and were flexible in fitting this around the forecast downpours. I am delighted with the finished project.

We employed this company to build a conservatory/garden room that we could use all year round. From design stage to completion of this work we could not fault LCC. Their knowledge and expertise in all areas of the work was second to none and the end result is a beautiful room which meets all of our requirements and has also enhanced our property. All staff that worked on the building were efficient, knowledgeable and achieved their aim with minimal disruption to us. After the completion of this job we asked LCC to come back and replace our front door and side panel which once again was a superb job completed with minimal disruption to ourselves. Can not recommend LCC highly enough.

We took our time to choose our new conservatory, talking to different companies, seeing new ones and reading reviews. The final decision to choose LCC was definitely the correct one.

On site preparation wasn't easy, we live in a quarry! However the work was completed methodically with minimal disturbance to the garden. The construction was quick, efficient and the workmen no trouble to have around. All internal work was completed to our satisfaction.

The company's back office are helpful and always ready to give advice and remedy any problems.

Paul and his team were a pleasure to work with, their workmanship and professionalism were brilliant. We are so so pleased with our garden room, it’s made a huge difference to our living space. The workman were friendly and always tidied up after themselves. We would definitely use The Little Conservatory Company again for any building work, window or door fitting. Our first experience having work done and they made it stress free!

The installation team were great sorting out minor issues speedily and effectively. Workmanship high quality, leaving us very pleased with the finished job and with very little for us to do ourselves. All other dealings smooth, helpful and efficient.

We chose The Little Conservatory Company of Cheltenham ("LCC") to help with initial design and specification and then to supply and install the new Garden Room. They sorted building control and managed all aspects of the job from initial groundworks, brickwork, glazing and roof installation, floor screed laying, plasterwork, decoration and electrics (first fit before plastering and second fit after decoration). We chose to fit our own finished flooring and retrofit the window blinds, but everything else was carried out by them. The good standard of work throughout was matched by regular communication with an efficient office backup. LCC is a good company easy to deal with and professional finish that we're very pleased with.
